The cleanliness, the friendly helpful staff, the facilities are sufficient for the price, location is great too

The toilet n shower for female are on different floor, mix gender on the same floor but single gender toilet n shower on one floor. Should have put female occupants on the floor with female toilet n shower. It's a nuisance to have to climb staircase to go to toilet or shower especially late at nite.

Tha staff attention was amanzing, always tryijg to help and giving advice on whatever you need.

They require 70 dollars deposit. Until now (more than 1 month later? Im still waiting for their refund. Better to pay cash as i paid thru xard.

A very drunk and on drugs person was making a fuzz in the lobby. I told the staff that they needed to keep an eye on him. He was going around harassing all of us in the lobby. Very unpleasant situation. They should not allow people in that stage of intoxication around the floors.

Staff are friendly.

The lay out of the facilities are not reasonable. One floor only have male or female toilets and showers. Kitchens are located at 2nd and 3rd floor. That means you always walk upstairs or downstairs, even to get a cup of hot water. Kitchens are extremely small and away from refrigerator.

The hostel was what I expected for the price I paid, I was only there for a few nights and the room and service was adequate. The common areas are decent, the kitchen is small for the floor however manageable. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, there is a family vibe I got from there after only a few days

The bathrooms of the second floor, two of the doors didn't lock on the showers & the wifi was painfully slow.
