Coût exorbitant pour un hôtel aussi banal.

Always enjoy the breakfast at this hotel. Plenty of choice and the cooked food is always hot. The addition, since my last visit in December, of a fridge in the room was very welcome.

On this occasion I found housekeeping lacking. Not up to its usual standard.

The location is excellent right in the middle of the Royal Mile. Clean comfortable parking is good secure right under the hotel and half price £15 a day if you stay there. The pool is small but when we stayed in February it was quite so pretty much had it to ourselves ( would think in high season though it would be busy) staff were helpful and friendly, it was my birthday 🎂 when we stayed and they had put balloons cake and champagne in the room ( at a price though) would definitely stay there again!

When we got there our TV didn't work , maintenance couldn't get it working either although they moved us to another room we still had trouble with the TV everday. The maintenance man said that they had recently had all the TV moved to WiFi and they had been having trouble with them since then. Maybe just a teething problem or maybe not a great idea 🤔

First room we got given the key to was uncleaned and looked like it was still in use . Then we got our second room everthing was great but ran out of toilet roll called down reception and they said they will send some up never recived it and we just checked out early

Room wasn’t as clean as it could of been as daughter has a dust allergy and breakfast was just OK.

The facility itself, like other Radissons, was neat and smooth.

Racial discrimination. I was dismissed and ignored at the bar. My spa appointment was double book and offered no compensation for fault on their part. Did not even let me know well ahead of time. Horrible service. Horrible experience. Will be getting my money back one way or another.

kalt !! - Heizung funktionierte nicht - trotz mehreren Telefonaten - es kam die Information wir regeln das von aussen - aber keiner kam oder fragte auch nur nach- 2 Kinder im Zimmer- und das für den Preis - zudem Frühstück doppelt abgerechnet - in der Dusche lag etwas vom vorherigen Gast.. blieb da liegen trotz mehrerer Uebernachtungen, Roomservice und Essen gut

Schon lange nicht mehr mit Teppichshampoo gereinigter Teppich. Teppiche gehören heutzutage in kein Hotel mehr. Badewanne statt Dusche

Location, design & facilities. Good sized comfortable rooms. Nice restaurant and bar. Staff very friendly and efficient. Car Park arrangement to & from the hotel very convenient.

On the 22nd Nov (a day before I left) my room was not cleaned until after 3pm though i left the room from 11am with the sign to ‘Clean’! When the female cleaner came around I was back in my room and noticed that she cleaned the bathroom n toilet without gloves then used the same hands to make my bed by just adjusting the cover without changing and making up the bedsheet. She also left the dirty towels on my bathroom floor and I had to remove them myself.

Convenience is great, because the hotel is right on the Royal Mile. The outside of the building looks like it fits in. The breakfast is very good.

I booked two beds, never got them, only one bed, at the time of booking hotel that was more expensive, was to get the two beds and the location convenience. Got the the location convenience, but not the room I booked, with two beds, instead I got one bed. No cups, tea or coffee, hot chocolate or creamers provided to go with water heating heating kettle. Why not?

Excellent location, very spacious and comfortable room.

Although we were on the 4th floor there was noise from a music bar opposite when people left at 3am. This woke us twice, but was short-lived.

Location was excellent. Staff was super nice and helpful. It was quiet despite its busy location outside. It was clean and well maintained.

Room 271 - The tv did not work, the kettle leaked water, the door was extremely difficult to open and it hurt my back trying to open it. I’m insulin dependent diabetic and at 9pm my friend had to help me pack and move to another room as the staff said it wasn’t safe for me to stay in that room with the door being broken. Went to the new room 466 but water was coming through the ceiling of that room! My friend helped me to pack again and move back to original room 271 (deemed unsafe by staff) and I spent the night wondering if I could get out of the room if there was a fire! My friend was in the next room and neither of us slept at all that night due to having to move rooms twice and the distress and worry it caused both of us. Offered minimal compensation which in no way compensates for such a disaster!

The location is excellent, very central and near alot of shops and restaurants as well as the castle and the train station.

The only downside is the cleanliness, I found the corridors dusty and not well hoovered
