The host family is lovely, they made us feel so welcome. Rajesh had plenty of recommendations, from site seeing to food which really made our trip special. Housekeepers are also very kind, attentive and polite. Overall a perfect stay

Family friendly that also suits the solo / couple traveller. The deluxe room in the house (I think there are 3 along with 2 studio apartments opposite the main flat) shares space with the owners' living quarters. So I got a double delight. 1. Comforts of a home with Rajeshji giving helpful tips and an ever smiling Madhuri giving prompt service (instead of the impersonal hotel service). 2. Privacy. Walking distance proximity to the central Kolkata attractions: Park Street restaurants that serves from 7 am (Flury's) to 11 pm (BBQ, Mocambo, Peter Cat ...), & New Market- Esplanade, Camac Street shoppers paradise, etc. Easily locatable by Taxi and app based transportation like Uber etc. All in all, a great place to be -- for a short or long stay.

Toilet cleaning wasn't up to the mark. Else I would have given 10/10.

excellent location in an atmospheric neighborhood of old Calcutta just 5 mins walk from the glitz and glamor of Park Street. Dozens of amazing food options - including the brilliant Arsalan and Kareem’s just a minutes walk on the same street. very safe. owner and staff are warm and hospitable, very accessible but don’t get in your way. clean and well maintained. excellent communication and documentation.

Excellent location, amenities are very good. Homely environment. it gives feel like visiting relatives house. Host has gone beyond and above. he has helped us with many items - like getting printout. allowed to keep luggage post checkout and also to use washroom post checkout.

Everything about it. Right from directing me patiently to his place as my cab driver dropped me a little away, Marwah sir is a wonderful host. The Marwahs are a pleasant and caring couple. Truly, a home away from home

Firstly the location of the place is too good. The deluxe room is well furnished and superbly clean. Secondly, the host Rajesh and the staff were very polite, it didn't make me feel like a stranger. Definitely, will keep it as the place to stay in next visit to Kolkata.

The location is exceptional since it's in the heart of Kolkata. The hosts are very good. Exceptional cleanliness of the rooms. Would recommend anyone visiting Kolkata to stay here. The nearby places are a treat.
