great thing that one can use all the facilities of Jaz Fanara proper. so with 5-10 minutes walk you are on the amazing reef where you can see this wonder of the planet with your own eyes, without any equipment, just bring goggles. worth seeing soon as coral reefs are disappearing in front of our eyes due to climate change - perhaps in a decade there will be hardly any left? Food and drinks are amazing. sparkling clean, modern rooms.

predatory pricing - very unfair to ask several times the normal price just because of a popular event in town. even more ridiculous to charge hundreds of dollars extra per night just to have my daughter stay in the bed that I already paid for - so we needed to book her into another hotel as a new room was cheaper than paying for the other side of the same bed that I already paid for! it really ruined my stay to have to be so far from her. I am very angry at Jaz Fanara because of this. also, the entertainment was very poor; the ones doing the fitness had no training in healthy exercise, and beach gymnastics made us always touch and hold other people whom I do not know and if I did not feel like massaging others' hair it turned out to be embarrassing.

my fiancée and I stayed 9 days in early december, we had 26 degrees, perfect temperature for swimming, and there was no wind. We swam an hour and a half a day near and beyond the coral reef, the seabed in front of the hotel is so beautiful that others organize boat trips to visit it. We enjoyed the good food and the room was comfortable, for us it is the best hotel, 5 stars!

The location is perfect, just in front of a beautiful coral reef. The rooms are new and equipped with everything. The service was great, I particularly enjoyed the yoga and pilates classes under the palms.

The only annoying thing were the mosquitos near the bar in the evening: some citronelle candles could help a lot with this issue!

The hotel was absolutely beautiful with amazing scenery.The atmosphere was made better by the amazing Jaz Fanara Staff such as the hotel reception (Mohammed Kemal),entertainment team (Pop) and the sweet hotel taxi driver.

I felt very welcomed by the staff at Jaz Fanara, everyone was really friendly! This hotel is really value for money - all meals included; breakfast, lunch, dinner, and the Temple pool cafe. Swimming pools and the private beach are amazing! I particularly loved the private beach where you can snorkel and see really colourful, pretty fishes along the shorelines.

Gym however is in much need of replacement of their equipment; really old and could be quite dangerous.

Pools and beaches are great. No wind. Clean clear water. Good snorkeling for beginners. Lots of fish. Great Spa treatments. Good bar tenders with excellent cocktails. Very friendly and helpful staff, speaking a variety of languages.

Food was not great. Breakfast is ok but that is the easiest meal of the day. Most lunches and dinners were the same with little variation and no taste. Great looking desserts that taste like paper. If you want to lose weight, this is a great place to stay.

the bay, where’s the hotel located. Quite windless and at some parts of the beach you can actually sea fish by standing in the water up to the knee. Room is modern and comfy. Ours was not ruined by some storm. WIFI in the room was pretty good to my surprise. Iced Coffee in the pool bar :-) Not much people near the main pool (the warm one) and no people at all near the second pool (the cold one) Staff is pleasant. Hotel is not so far from the old market. If you are a runner, it’s better to run in the evening, cause i once went running at 6:30am and the weather was already quite hot. This place is great for running, especially long distance :)

the main restaurant: food is average, queues all the time, too hot in there. and it actually seemed that it wasn’t renovated for a long time. Windows are dirty. NO ANIMATION AT ALL. No music, nobody tells you about anything. I’m not personally a big fan of animation, but even I felt a lack of it here. Beach is overcrowded, if you don’t like kids, this hotel is definitely not for you. We always went swimming in another hotel because they had pontoon in the sea. This way you don’t damage fish and corals by walking on them. Also we saw a stingray, so be careful. There’s one area in the hotel, some kind of a lounge bar, which is likely to be open, cause it’s actually nice, especially to drink something there in the evenings.

The mis-leading behavior of the management as this is a 4 star hotel and they promote themselves as a 5 star hotel on booking.com to charge extra.

All the stuff are more than excellent, I would give them more than 10/10. Extremely nice, helpful and respectful. And they are always there for you. This place will be my primary hotel when I go to Sharm

Staying at the hotel was enjoyable despite the corona crisis. Despite checking into the hotel at 2:00 am we were kindly received. They took care of our health with all measures. We didn’t miss the indoor gym or SPA. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially maids with original creations on the beds. The speed of the waiters quenched our thirst. The food was excellent and varied. The surroundings are very nicely arranged and nurtured. The rooms have been renovated. WI-FI also worked flawlessly.

Too bad for the coral reef in front of the hotel beach, which is a bit impoverished. However, left and right it is still possible to observe beautiful corals and interesting fish.

I didn't get the room i booked. i got the one that's cheaper on booking. You have to walk for a long time to get from your room to the reception, and double that to get to the beach or pool, and it's 40 degrees.

Location is special, food is good, facilities are tidy and clean but the staff are the best specially the reception team.
