The whole place is very friendly and you have the feeling of being very welcomed. Each time we met the owners they were ready to help us to say everything we need or just to wish us a great day.

The object is located in close proximity to the best beaches on Zakynthos (in our opinion) - 30-40 minutes walk or a few minutes by car to Gerakas beach, St. Nicholas beach and Banana beach. There is also a grocery shop nearby (~100 meters). The room was tidy and comfortable, with a nice balcony and the owners are very nice and helpful people who give good advice and can help with stuff like renting a car/bike for a good price. The surrounding area is very quiet with a relaxing atmosphere.

Great location close to different beaches and surrounded by beautiful olive trees. Spacious and very clean apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Spectacular view from the balcony overseeing a gorgeous sea view. The hosts are exceptionally helpful and welcoming making our stay as pleasant as possible, helping with information, tour plans, car rentals and more. We really enjoyed our stay, highly recommended.

The shower is a little small and you have to be careful with the shower curtain otherwise the water goes everywhere.

We are a family with 3 kids, the apparent was very specious with big beds and huge fridge. It is very quiet area as well and the hospitality of the owners is unbeatable. We fully enoyed our 13 days stay doing many trips across all island and then relax in the peaceful place as Dimaras Apartements with their olive's garden are.

Anything what would not beat your expectations you can go to the owners and they would do their best to make your stay as much pleasant as possible.

Location is great, very close to Gerakas, and our favorite St. Nicholas beach (always sheltered from the wind and waves). Host was very friendly and even helped us rent a car at a good price on rather short notice and in good technical condition (the essentials: clutch, breaks, lights, AC, were all good). Room has AC, a fridge, a proper equipped kitchen, including all you need to make coffee. We also appreciate the generous parking in the yard. Cleaning was done every day, and as for food you can find several options nearby, but food was 10+ (excellent and delicious) everywhere we’ve been on the island (though we did not eat in Laganas, being a very busy commercial/touristic area, but this out of principle, because we liked more relaxed, authentic venues. So we don’t know how the food is there, but anywhere else we’ve ate - excellent). Bathroom was very nice and renovated, water pressure was good. Bed was firm and comfy. We can say it was a good option for a quieter and more sheltered location from tourist crowds, which is what we looked for, and the price, considering the averages on the island, was fair.

Not an issue, because we knew, room could be bigger, but is adequate. Balcony with a view, greatly compensated for it.
