Read the following and you decide if this a professional organization and someone you would want to deal with. Here are the facts: We booked the home for a total cost of $578.85 with a deposit as per the Payment info on the Booking.com site (see attached) of $289.42. The owner Ms. Rita Roy then tried to run a charge for the full amount to our credit card. We received a fraud alert from our credit card company because it was a Canadian acct. We called Ms. Roy and asked it she had made the charge , she stated yes. We reminder her that her policy was a deposit of $289.42. After being corrected Ms. Roy charged the correct amount which appeared on 6/25/21. On 1/05/2022 Ms. Roy then charged the full amount of the rental (with exchange fee ) of $618.31 instead of the correct amount of $289.42 . See statements attached with highlight in yellow. We are protesting the amount with our credit card company. There are 6 pages of detailed rules/ instructions about the home including how to treat each surface. As is our habit each member of our group immediately read the manual. We are a top rated renters on Airbnb and VRBO. The rooms are set up with a small closet with a shelf onside , the size to hold a suitcase. the only drawers are in the night stands. The shelf has no light , no electrical outlets and no chair. How this could be used for a vanity is a mystery. We state this because within 1 hour of checking out of the unit we received a phone call from Ms. Roy stating that we had "gorged the vanity" . Our response was what vanity? Yes we did but a suitcase that sat still for 4 days on the shelf. We did not see any marks when we left and the manager, Fernando, inspected all room found them acceptable and in very good condition. Ms. Roy said she had photos of the damage. We received the photos about 7 hours later and then the next day a request via email to pay $75.00 for repair. We did not damage the shelf!

Beautiful home in a great quiet neighborhood, but close enough to town, stores and restaurants to go out each day and explore the area. Would recommend a vehicle

Beautiful, well kept home with all the amenities you need. Kitchen was my favorite part. It was well stocked with teas, coffee and seasonings . I also liked that their was a ceiling fan in the bathroom.

It was a beautiful property with all the comforts of home. Very nice furnishings and pool. It was nice to have a washer/dryer available for our use. Great location. The owner was very nice.
