Good size for family..Nearby to many tourist attractions

Very central, just a couple of minutes walk to St Marks square. The place is warm and clean. The hostess was very kind and helpfull.

As others mentioned there is staircase of two flours that you have to assend and there is no elevator wich is normal in Venice i believe. The appartment needs a litle renovation as pictures demonstrate but still its good value for money.

We loved the location itself and the spaciousness with the view from the apartment. It was clean and silent during the night. The small terrace was also lovely.

The location was excellent, just a stone's throw from Piazza San Marco. The apartment was very spacious,quiet and clean. Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds. There is a very good convenience store around the corner. Great value for money. Would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was on the third level and unfortunately no lift but that wouldn't stop me from staying again.

Our friendly host, Melissa, warmly greeted us at the apartment and was always available. This beautifully-decorated and very comfortable 2-bedroom duplex was centrally located (above a wonderful gellateria!),spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed. We were able cook and do laundry. Most of all, it was wonderful to relax and eat outside on the private balcony. Highly recommend!

The location between Rialto and San Marco is quite crowded and can be noisy at times. Please note that it is a third-floor walk-up, which might be an issue for some people.

Very nice comfortable place in a fantastic location. Everything is available including washing machine.

Last floor in a high building. Stairs are narrow, so taking all belongings up may be troublesome.

Host was very friendly. Very kindly left us water and wine and allowed us ice cream at her shop.

A comfortable property in a wonderful location.

I tried several times either calling or texting to reach the property 2 days before check in, to ask questions about the apartment and sadly no one got back with me.

The location is great, 3 mins walking distance from San Marco square, the house is very clean and looks as it is shown on the images, you have to contact the ice cream shop close to the building if you want to do an early check in or if your phone doesn't work in Italy and you want to inform the owner that you have arrived.

I think the keys are better to be replaced, it takes some time and patience to open the front door of the building. Also note that there is no elevator and the house is on 3rd floor.

The location is right by St Mark’s Square and was an easy walk to all the sights we wanted to see. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and clean. We wished we could have stayed longer.

The location was convenient but impossible to find. They really need to give directions and advice on how to find the place prior to arrival. Google maps couldn’t find it, and when I called to explain we were lost she told me to enter the name of a Gelato shop into google maps, which I did, and it also took us to the wrong place. Finally she had to come find us and escort us. It was absolutely impossible to find without accurate directions or an escort.
