The young lady on the reception desk was very welcoming and kind. Thank you Tracy. She helped me sort tickets at short notice and made sure I was comfortable and happy with my room. The room was very spacious and I enjoyed having a balcony.

The roof top bar wasn't open on the night I stayed, but I just BYO my own drink on the roof top :)

L'hôte est très bien placé et permet de sillonner Hanoï. Les chambres sont très confortables et la piscine sur le toit bien agréable avec la chaleur. Un hôtel convivial que je recommande.

La habitación muy pequeña, íbamos con dos maletas, una grande y una mediana. Pues casi ni cabíamos a la habitación. El baño si tirabas de la cadena salía agua por debajo. La ducha solo iba el telefonillo la alcachofa de arriba la encendí i solo hacía ruidos y tira a 4 chorros a las paredes.

The staff were exceptional, and extremely helpful at all time's. Nothing was too much trouble, any problems was fixed ASAP. Very comfortable bed's, great breakfast. I would recommend this hotel anytime. Because it is in the old quarter we could always get picked up for tours. Thanks for a great holiday san palace hotel staff.

Great location. Walking distance to everything downtown. The staff was very friendly, especially Lily in the reception. Many tips about what to do and where to eat in Hanoi. The room was comfortable but the noise from the street could be disturbing. Choose a room as highest floor as possible in the building and not facing the main street. Breakfast ok.

Lily was wonderful. She was super nice and helpful. Assisted with directions to some local attractions. I also had a few hours between checkout and hotel pickup and the hotel offered a nice place to relax. The entire staff was wonderful!

The hotel is in a great location for the main sights, old quarter and French quarter. The staff were exceptional, so helpful and gave recommendations about where to eat, etc. I would definitely recommend it.

Everything, from the get go all the staff made us feel very comfortable once we arrived. The hotel itself is located perfectly for most tourist sights in Hanoi and our room was very clean and had all amenities for our stay. Big thank you to all the staff who have been exceptional!!! Can’t recommend this place enough, and we will look forward to our next stay!! :)

Beliggenheden er god. Personalet var venligt. Værelset havde en god størrelse.

Vi havde booket med balkon, men det var nærmere en fransk altan. På billedet af værelset er balkon med cafebord og stole uden for. Ved os var der mere tale om et vindue/fransk altan. Morgenmaden var heller ikke så imponerende, og der manglede beskrivelser af tingene på bordet.

The location was perfect! The staff were amazing and so accommodating. We had a really early tour so the made us a take away breakfast The roof top bar was closed and too cold to swim but still lovely to go up and bring a beverage and enjoy the view.

I'd give it a 7, but as it's very misleading with so many 10s, I'll give it a 5. Not clean,there was hair and dust everywhere. Noisy and very poor breakfast.

De ligging is super. Midden in het centrum maar toch geen last van de drukte en het verkeer in de kamer. Ook was het erg fijn om even af te kunnen koelen in het zwembad. Voor het personeel is niks te gek. Ze zijn super behulpzaam en staan 24/7 voor je klaar.

Es war das letzte Hotel auf unserer 5wöchigen Reise und meine Erwartungen waren sehr klein. Ich wurde aber überaus positiv überrascht. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon, was ich sehr empfehlen kann. Mir war es sehr wichtig natürliches Licht zu haben. Wir haben den Balkon nicht wirklich genutzt, da Hanoi eine recht laute Stadt ist und die Fahrzeugabgase zu riechen sind. Das Frühstück was lecker, auch gut für Vegetarier. Das Personal war sehr kinderfreundlich. Man ist mitten im geschehen und kann schnell durch das Gewusel von Hanoi laufen :)

Bei Zimmern zur Strassennähe sollte man besser Ohrenschutz für die Nacht nutzen. Das Hotel selber kann dafür aber nix. Ich habe nix am Hotel an sich auszusetzen.Es war alles super.
