Huge apartment with lots of room to spread out. Pool and gym facilities were great and staff so willingvto help out. Close to many food options and sights of hanoi.

Some of the furniture was a bit worn out but didnt bother us.

Apartment is very big. Pool is lovely and great location to bakery, supermarket, shops and restaurants.

Kitchen needs few more utensils and pots

A little dated but didn’t take from our stay at all Was a perfect place for a city stay and the pool was such a bonus

location close to train street, within reasonable walking distance from the old quarter and Hoan Kiem lake, Ho Chi Minh tomb (we are avid walkers). Temple of literature/Ethnographic museum etc requires a "grab" taxi - very easy, Some cute cafés nearby for food. Working washer and dryer.

one dishcloth, no towels to dry dishes and we could find only 2 plates. it states that a drying rack is present but the property did not have this, reception claimed they do not have this and that it is Booking that put it on the listing? in any case, the dryer worked.. our apartment (nr 1) had some of the ivy already getting past the cracks in the window, gives a bit a feeling of neglect. we looked for our children’s toys that fell on the floor/under the bed and discovered copious amounts of dust and dust bunnies. there is a daily clean but it seems that the deep (and daily ) clean doesn’t reach under the beds.. the terrace and related furniture are too dirty to use and the mosquito guard door was rusty and not easy to move for the living room and upstairs rooms. there is a little playground but dirty and not in optimal quality (monkey bars rusty and not fully fixed any more ). whilst sitting outside watching my children on said playground, I could locate 1 out of 6 chairs that was suited to sit on, the rest were broken.

this is HUGE !!! it was so relaxing to have this space as a family travelling. clean, spacious and the reception were very helpful. walk out - cross the road and go left, you’ll cross train tracks and the. follow the alley to the right, first pho place on the left is fab!! there’s great coffee a bit further and further down delicious hot pots it’s a fantastic location

I was so surprised by the spaciousness it was huge Very comfortable and clean and the nearby laneways has everything you want Coffee, food, atmosphere Best breakfast pho too!!

extremely spacious apartment, very comfortable, bathroom on each floor. the location was very good, close to train street. Cleaning ladies came in every day, very comfortable! and the staff was very helpful, helped store our luggage on the last day

we had a very good stay. maybe a chair on the balcony would be nice, and some spare glasses
