O hotel apesar de um pouco mais antigo permanece bonito. O quarto é bom e confortável. O café da manhã é muito bom e o pessoal de copa atencioso.
O atendimento foi ok, mas não excelente. Não consegui conectar ao wi-fi e no segundo dia de hospedagem o ar condicionado não estava funcionando. As toalhas que recebemos estavam bem velhas e puídas. O travesseiro muito baixo.

Excelente ubicación,cerca del metro,el personal muy amable y dispuesto a solucionar consultas,cerca de la av.Paulista con mucha actividad y comercio.El Barrio donde está ubicado muy bueno y seguro en base a nuestra experiencia en salidas diurnas y nocturnas.
Las instalaciones con Sauna y piscina temperada operativas.El desayuno buffet ,excelente ,mucha variedad y calidad.
No es algo necesariamente negativo,pero sería mejor disponer de 2 almohadas por persona para un mejor dormir.Solo como sugerencia

I stay there quite often when in São Paulo. The location is great. Rooms are big and comfortable. Nice breakfast. Great team, super nice and friendly.
There is a construction site by the hotel. It's noisy.

Abundant and delicious Brazilian breakfast on the patio each morning! Staff was friendly and helpful and arranged for early check in which we weren't expecting. Walking distance to Avenida Paulista and cute neighborhood

Near of pubs and restaurant, very respectful staff.
During my stay, I had a lots of arthritis pain, and the breakfast manager was very kind in helping me, serving my coffee and taking me to the table.
The lack of blankets. My friend and I slept in different beds and there haven’t blanket for both of us and it was a cold night.

Construction nearby had occasional noise. Bathroom had signs of mold not entirely cleaned off. Still dark between the tiles.

The staff and the location makes this a great hotel. Location was close to late night snacks, rooftop bar, restaurants, sites and shopping. We walked to many places and ubered to others. The staff was exceptional, which I was able to see because we had a problem caused by our own mistake. The staff went above and far beyond what I could have hoped, I really didn't hope for the generosity they offered. Thank you staff at Estanplaza Paulista! Also a shout out to the chef for omelets, He was very nice, and cared about the food. Omelets were great. One more, I left a tip (6 real) for the cleaning staff and they left a thank you note! So sweet.
The towels are thin, perhaps it would work better if you could leave a few more. Perhaps having towels at the pool or more towels in the room would be nice, too. We did not have wash clothes.
