O melhor desta acomodação é a localização que dá acesso fácil a pontos de interesse de negócios e turismo, está perto de restaurantes, padarias, farmácias, metrô, e outros serviços. O edíficio tem estrutura e segurança muito boas. O estacionamento (pago à parte) também é bom. O apartamento é amplo.

O quarto visivelmente passou por algumas reformas, mas ainda precisa de melhorar o banheiro. O que mais incomoda é o mofo no azulejo do banheiro, os armários com portas soltas, a torneira da pia pingando e a qualidade péssimas das toalhas e banho.

location. I have been staying here since 2017. During the pandemic this property went under new management for the hotel stay side. it has been a train wreck ever since. The worst part is everything is virtual through WhatsApp.

I love the location. To check in and out you have to do it through WhatsApp. This is very unsafe, uncomfortable and annoying because you don’t know who is on the other in. A virtual person asking for your personal info. There is no physical staff member on the property. The residential side have staff that used to work the hotel but they are no longer authorized to assist. When you check in it takes forever for them to respond so you have to go through the physical people on residence side. I had to change rooms 2 times due to flooding in bathroom, AC not working or appliances/furniture missing. In the case of toilet not flushing I had to wait over 24 hours cause no maintenance on site. Residential maintenance couldn’t help. They give you the bare minimum. My first room had one face towel and one bath towel for 4 days. There is no cleaning unless you pay R$100 a day. The WhatsApp staff is extremely rude. I was given the supervisor number but after three messages I gave up. on the very first day I requested an extension. it was on a Wednesday. I left that Sunday and they failed to reply. Blinds were missing so sunlight stayed in the room. I wish they would go back to having the physical people handle everything for them. current services from check in to checkout is disgustingly horrible. I seen people waiting for their rooms who arrived at 2pm not get in until after 8pm. If they don’t wanna change I hope folks stop going. go to the Heritage Hotel around the corner.

The location is amazing...the staff at the front desk was wonderful....very safe...the bed was very comfortable.

No checking agent... you had to use an app to check in... no cleaning service... two horrible towels...ants in the room...the toilet ran very slow...

Not recommended for solo travellers. They don't allow you to have a guest over and that was not written in the policies. Once you are there and you have a guest with you they will not allow you to get to your apartment and that is embarrassing. If you don't allow guests it has to be mentioned in the room policies otherwise you are a scammer. Bed sheets and towels are too old. The staff is rude and not helpful. I will not return to this place.

They kept us on the street until someone could confirm our reservation over the phone. Upon arrival, we were asked to use a link to contact someone via Whatsap, which is very inconvenient for people who live abroad and would not like to use their personal data. They wanted pictures of our passports over this app and asked for our fingerprints. Who knows if that information will not be sold or stolen. On checkout day, we were told to give the keys to the front desk and everything was ok. I later on received several messages via Whatsap that my credit card was "invalid" on booking.com and I had to pay via a weird link. I refused to do so and I have been waiting on booking.com to solve this issue until now. If you do not want headaches, do not come here.

Absolutely NOTHING! I made an honest attempt to change my check in date ,due to travel delays coming from the USA, and I was DENIED! I never made the trip but was STILL charged the full amount!

Basic gym and pool

Although appearing to be a hotel, it is not. The staff were very unhelpful - only one staff member spoke English, and they did not permit me to store luggage peor to check in, nor was I allowed to wait at the reception prior to check in time! On one dayt, about 4.30pm, a cleaner entered my room while I was inside - there is no housekeeping, so who knows why she entered; she quickly left when she saw me. And after checking out it was a similar story - while I was waiting for my car to arrive, the security escorted me off the premises (no English or Spanish). Absolutely despicable treatment of guests. Please avoid.

Breakfast was not included.

The electricity in my room was not working and they took too long to fix the problem.

everything booking never mentioned this property didn’t allow guest at the property and after it was booked and I checked in when my guest arrived only then was I told that guests aren’t allowed and I wanted to cancel and go to another hotel but they refused to refund me my money when I had just checked in
