Breakfast and location
Room was not properly checked and/or maintained before it was assigned to us: broken hairdryer, clogged sink, missing towels, ants crawling, broken telephone…. Reception staff was readily available and helpful but I was very annoyed by all the above issues. I would expect that a “4 stars” hotel would be be upkept.

Great hotel! The location is incredible, close to all the nice restaurants and stores. The neighborhood is also quite safe, so we could walk around at any time. The hotel was quite clean, smelled nice and had good breakfast.
The gym is terrible, might as well close it and tell guests the hotel doesn't have a gym.
The coffee isn't great, but the silver lining was that we could explore the AMAZING coffee options in the neighborhood.
