Cosy Hotel, polite and friendly staff. The radiator stopped working. However, staff were able to fix it straight away and provided a little portable heater.

Excellent location. Good staff - pleasant and attentive. Comfortable room and not overly noisy.
Having reception up a flight of stairs could have been an issue with lots of heavy bags. Shower took quite a long time to heat up.

It was nice and clean, and they have mirror's with a radio in it .

Great location. Friendly staff. Lovely clean rooms. Parking at back of property for £12 a night. The Orchid Restaurant on site served beautifully prepared Asian food. Will return.

Great location and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Room was more than adequate and equipped with everything we needed for our stay.
The 2 guys on the front desk went out of their way to make sure we were looked after.

The location was excellent, set in a great park a small stroll to the town centre. A great historic hotel that should be supported. Its not the Hilton, its a period hotel in a great setting offering a good experiance.
When you get to my age dragging a suitcase up the stairs etc can be a little of a challenge, the access to the floors is mainly via the stairs.

The hotel and staff were lovely and we would stay again. There is a great park across the road which you could walk round for an hour or longer if you wish. Great location for everything in Harrogate
We had booked 2 nights' stay and 2 nights parking, but we got there, and reception said we were only booked in carpark for 1 night. Whilst we were out sightseeing, we got a phone call to go and move the car. Luckily, there was 1 space left at the front of the hotel. We had a parking permit for the second night. When we checked out, the receptionist said we didn't have to pay the permit, which was good of them.

room could of being cleaner in areas such as bathroom definitely the shower abs and some fixture’s and fittings not working such as lights ect

Very Clean inside and out of the building, great room (with bath which we wanted) and plenty of room for just the two of us. I don’t think we could’ve gotten a better place to stay location and cleanliness wise. staff were also helpful and friendly, would recommend staying here, especially for the price!
