Location was brilliant - only about 15 mins walk into the heart of Harrogate and 5-7 mins to a Sainsbury Local. All necessities supplied in flat, central heating mostly worked well, sofas and beds were comfy, shower was far better than expected, and the flat was very clean. All furniture and appliances in excellent condition.
The radiator in one bedroom only worked once so the room was always cold. The light illuminating the passageway to go downstairs was on a timer and would turn off about 1 second after being pressed. Consequently, we always needed a torch to exit the flat at night. WiFi stopped working properly midway through our stay.

The apartment was spacious and light and fully equipped . The view and position in the town.
Constant noise from workman's tools repairing bay windows the whole time of our stay. Management failed to inform us about the ongoing works being done during our stay.
Limited parking because of contractors vans tools and ladders. Toilet seat broken .dust from workman repairing right outside our windows

Location, the apartment was warm and well equipped, nice walk in shower. Sheets, towels etc clean and good quality.
Parking was tricky. No cloths to wipe surfaces or tea towels, there is however a dish washer. My son is disabled so struggled a bit with the stairs so I would ask for ground floor next time.

allocated parking was a bonus, it was in a quiet residential area within walking distance to the town centre
Two 2 seater sofas which were ideal for 2 couples, beds were comfortable with lovely bedding
The apartment was warm and cosy
maintenance needs attention for example, there was no lock on the bathroom door, leak under sink, hoover full and smells of wet dog

All in all, I'm positive about the location. Really loved the place, with excellent WiFi, a nice kitchen, and a comfy living room. The bathroom and shower specifically were splendid.
The number provided with the booking was of a company called Nightspace and they only took calls between business hours. We arrived at 7 pm after driving a day from Belgium to Harrogate. If it weren't for the nice elderly couple living downstairs, we would never have been able to get the keys. The code provided for us to get the keys didn't work so we were very lucky the man of the couple knew the host personally. I also tried to send a text to the number provided a day before arrival, just to check if everything was ok and what we needed to do. Never got a response. The beds were also pretty small, if you're above average height, it will be too small for you. The mattress & cushions were very hard which caused me to never have a good night's rest.

Was just a little to far to walk to the centre if you are not 100 % mobile as Harrogate is very hilly so we had to drive into the centre .

The apartment was spotless nice touch of tea coffee and sugar,also dishwasher tablets,although we didnt use them. Very comfortable in every aspect, ,would certainly book here again.

Clean apartment
Arrived on Friday with 2 friends we stayed 2 nights, the apartment was beautiful everything you need is provided. Great location for walking into the centre (unfortunately just as we were getting ready to go out Boris decided that was the night to close all bars and restaurants 😟) so we managed a few hours out. There are take away menus provided in the apartment so we ordered from the Indian which delivered to us on the Saturday night it was lovely. Would not hesitate to recommend these apartments. we will return when coronavirus is a distant memory and we can actually go out and explore what looks like a beautiful city.
