Like the upper-floor restaurant environment. The view from the room is very nice.

The room size is small. Small closet to keep my belongings.

location to the purpose I was in the city for

1. Cleanliness - Bad smell in the room 2. No cold drinking water available only 2 small bottles available at a time which were at room temp and hence they are increasing their plastic consumption 3. Air conditioning not working had to be sorted 3-4 hours into our stay 4. Bar area not available near the pool and jacuzzi 5. Overpriced for the service they are providing ( Food taste is average and cocktails are average too )

Had a nightmare of a stay for 1 day!! Absolutely trash stay, and services in terms of price! Extremely overpriced, rude behavior, taking money without approval and let me tell you how - So we had a booking from a booking site - Booking.com. We were about to check in at around 2 in the afternoon. As a policy of their hotel, they take a credit card number for guarantee. But to our surprise when we reached the hotel at around 2 they had already transacted Rs. 6702 from the guarantee credit card without our notice and permission. Issue here is not with the policy but with the hiding of information about our money being taken. They asked us to pay Rs. 6702 again during the check in without informing us about the previous transaction which we only got to know after a couple of hours on checking the bank statement. SO THEY TOOK DOUBLE THE MONEY PROMISED AND HAVE NOT REFUNDED YET!!! We discussed it with the manager "Pravashish Ghosh" (9674960175) who promised on checkout that the money will be refunded the very next day or without 3-7 days. Writing this review after a week now without any sort of refund. When contacted again with the manager enquiring about the same he was extremely rude, dismissive, and abusive towards me as a woman unlike what he was to my friend who is a male. He is a chauvinist, disrespects women and cannot take it from a female despite my query being genuine and my money being stuck with them without my consent more than the number of days as per promised by them. They are looting guests in broad daylight in terms of policy, are abusive when you ask for the money back, and the manager is doing all the dirty work against women in special.

only the view from the room, rest are standard just upto the mark.

there is no private roof top for the people who are staying in the hotel, the room service not great and the bathtub is terrible in a way the water fill the tub also the rest in there.

Location of the hotel is good. Staff was courteous.

Breakfast size can be improved. Bathroom taps were jammed. Air Conditioning was poor. Possibility of availability of the smoking rooms.

amazing pool and enjoyed going to Capella bar in the evening. staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable and trendy.

lots of construction work ongoing meaning it could be very noisy at times. the jacuzzi was not clean.
