Была второй раз. Первый были в Альбатросе Блю, в этот раз решили в Аквапарк . 1. Персонал приветливый. 2. Номер отличный 3. Много горок, но вода во многих холодная 4. Есть спорт зал. 5. Не плохая шоу программа, мы сейчас в Sunrise и она здесь тухленькая. 6. Питание: слабоватое. Но для меня плюс, чем минус, на диете. 7. Море автобус. Пляж не фантан Но общее впечатление отличное. Была во многих Шарма. Мои фавариты Альбатросы, Sunrise и Reef Oasiz. У каждого есть свои нюансы. Им бы вместе объединиться и закрыть все потребности) 8. Большой Теннис 9. Тренажёрный зал с 8 утра.

Un angolo di Paradiso a Sharm, tutto è stato pensato per farvi dimenticare del mondo che ci circonda e vivere a pieno un esperienza magica all insegna del relax e del divertimento. Un grazie speciale a tutto lo staff del resort in particolare al Manager Shokri che ci ha accolto in prima persona, ai suoi collaboratori Salem e Eldin, ad Adel e Karim del bar centrale per la loro attenzione, allo Chef Samir del ristorante Asiatico al manager del ristorante Shadi impeccabile, a Walid della SPA, a Sara dell' animazione per la cura e l' attenzione mostrata verso i nostri bambini e grazie a tutti ma proprio tutti!! Grazie Pickalbatros Aquapark per averci regalato questa meravigliosa vacanza!! Non vediamo l ora di ritornare!!

Piccole attenzioni a qualche particolare nelle camere per riguarda la manutenzione straordinaria

All the water facilities were very good. Animation team was also good and children liked it a lot. Staff was also very helpful and polite. Special thanks to Mahmoud Hosny who maintained our room very clean

The beach...it is not a sandy beach and the reef is a bit further away. You can get there by a shuttle bus or by foot, but in order to get nice schnorcheling you can get to the newby hotels' beaches for a small fee to get a really nice underwater experience

A very decent resort with everything you need from A to Z. Wonderful entertainment, great food, attentive staff and beautiful pools! Special thanks to Mahmoud Hosny and Shady for taking care of all our needs with a big smile!

I was disappointed that many of the water park slides and play areas were closed for maintenance. Also, cleanliness of the room bathrooms could be improved.

Excellent customer service. Whenever we needed something we were attended too instantly and the staff went above and beyond to cater for us which was lovely. We felt very welcome and comfortable during our stay and the aqua park was AMAZING for our child.

The room carpet and toilets weren’t as clean as I hoped. Needs updating/ deep cleaning.

Special thanks to Mr. Ali from F&B department, his care for every single detail was very high, deeply appreciated for his efforts. Front office was very helpful specially Mr. Amr Adel. He took care of us very kindly, directed us professionally and Mr. M. Naeem did everything smoothly. The cleaning was also good, food quality, animation satisfied us, highly recommend this hotel if you consider going to Sharm.

Bad quality of toilet paper and the hair amenities in the rooms, there is no sponge in the hotel

I recently stayed at the Pickalbatros Aqua Park Sharm El Sheikh hotel, and it was an excellent experience. Here are the key highlights: The staff was incredibly accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay. The water parks at both the Pickalbatros Aqua Park and the Blue hotel were fantastic, offering thrilling slides and activities for all ages. The hotel provided a wide range of delicious dining options to suit various tastes. They made my dad's birthday special with a surprise cake. The Neverland show was entertaining, though varying the acts each day would add more excitement. While the hotel's taxi service was convenient, it was slightly pricier. The reception staff was kind and professional, always ready to assist. The hotel's cleanliness was exceptional, with well-maintained facilities. Increasing security personnel could enhance safety. The beach and shuttle services were enjoyable; more on-site activities would be a plus. Overall, our stay at the Pickalbatros Aqua Park Sharm El Sheikh hotel was memorable. With a few minor improvements, it could become an even more outstanding destination for travelers.

Some guest were too noisy and we expected the hotel team to relax them.

لا يوجد عصائر طبيعيه لا يوجد مصاعد عند الالعاب الطويله يجب علينم الاكثار من السيارات الناقله الصغيره داخل الفندق لان المسافات بعيده نوع ما

Large hotel but you will find bars everywhere with two snack bars and you can use the sister hotel as well

We liked the big rooms (Suite) and the good working airconditioning.

Other people from outside the hotel could visit the aqua park. Long waiting queues...-. The music on the swimming pools are too loud. The evening show is fantastic but is so loud that it is not relaxing anymore. The free wifi is very slow. I missed a free hotel shuttle to visit Nama Bay.

Would like to recommend adding more shadow in pools and trails, also make sure to install non slip tiles around pool in room area
