Iako se nalazi u malo uvucenoj ulici, objekt je pravo iznenadjenje. Velika klimatizirana soba, novo sve, moderno namjesteno, izuzetno čisto, krevet izuzetno udoban, a kupaona krasna sa neobicno velikom tuš kabinom. Bogati dorucak koji je u tocno dogovoreno vrijeme bio dostavljen sa kolicima u sobu bio je krasan pocetak naseg drugog dana u Veneziji. Gospodja vrlo ljubazna! Svakako cemo se vratiti opet.

Lovely hotel in Venetian style, great location with a waterbus stop 50 metres away and a second stop a short 5 minute walk away. Excellent, helpful, informative, friendly staff. Fantastic continental breakfast. All the attractions are near by within walking distance, or of course take the waterbus. Absolutely recommended!

Noisy pipes/Emersion or the aircon ,myself or host couldn’t work out what it was !! Therefore not much sleep

Location was fantastic. Room was great. The room adjacent to our bedrooms was a fantastic room for all 5 of us to meet and socialise.
The only down side was the air conditioning in our room had a leak during our last night which woke me up at 1:30am and kept me awake a few hours trying to dry the bedding which was wet from the leak.
The only other minor thing we found was the lounge room we used to have a gathering before and after going out had a timer on the lights which went out every 30 seconds to a few minutes. We tried using our room key cards but that didn’t work. Might be an idea to let people in rooms 7 & 8 have a key to keep the lights on in lounge.

The breakfast wasn’t good, it wasn’t fresh croissants there was no butter and there was not really a choice of things we wanted ( no buffet)

Our stay at Ca pagan was beautiful. The room so elegantly presented.. staff were really lovely and helpful. Breakfast was beautiful sitting outside in the private courtyard.. such a beautiful place to stay. Nice n quiet so it's nice coming back after exploring through venice.

Rooms were excellent, exactly as in the photos, everything worked and was well kept. The staff were so so friendly and truthfully we didn't want to leave. The location was perfect and we were lucky to get the balcony. We are already planning another visit and would happily stay here again.
We had no complaints, only that we couldn't stay longer but this was our poor planning.

Air conditioning didn’t work, clicking noise all night that caused us to not be able to sleep. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable

Decor of the room was spectacular and the reason we booked the hotel (we wanted typical 'old' Venetian style. I had said it was my husband's special birthday and we were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco and petals on the bed. The location was great, quiet and close to ferry stops and seemed to be quite close to everywhere we needed to be. Breakfast was lovely, continental with boiled eggs and great quality produce. The best mention has to be for the staff who were so helpful and friendly, with a special mention to Lia who was wonderful. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel with a romantic flavour.
Not much! Hooks in the bathroom for toiletry bags and the bathrobes. And possibly more hangers in the wardrobe. Only nit picky stuff though. We couldn't get the air con to work, despite asking at reception, but it wasn't that warm so we ended up leaving it off. Mini-bar was a nice touch, but we would have loved tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Great hotel in the amazing location stone throw from vaparetto stop and short walk to St Mark’s square. Room was spacious and tasteful, facilities modern and staff knowledgeable about location and sightseeing. Galina on thé reception was great, loads of information and willingness to help. I strongly recommend this property.

didn’t look anything like the pictures… room was tiny with no air conditioning and so many mosquitoes and we got bitten terribly… we spoke to the owner and he just shrugged his shoulders!
