Perfectly lovely!
The apartment is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect!! Fully equipped with everything we needed in pots, plates and silverware. The only thing we could have used more of was mugs and glassware.
Shabbat on the deck, was unforgettable!

Upscale rental located just outside Old City and near many Restaurants
This apartment is perfectly located for walking to high-end retail shopping, restaurants throughout the city, food markets and, of course, the Old City. The rooms are comfortable, if you keep the patio doors closed street noise is minimal. If open, you will have 'normal' city street sounds from the cars 'beeping their horns', especially during am/pm rush hours. As noted in other reviews, the parking garage is confusing at first. As soon as you have car plate #, it's important you let rental office know so your plate # can be added to facilitate camera entrance to/exit from the underground garage!! Else you block traffic trying to enter/exit. The entrance is between buildings #14 and #16. Note: the small entrance sign lists garage for the Hotel. If you need help, it's the small black call box closer to the garage door behind the Hotel call box. The parking space is the 2nd level down and around 2 corners. The building entrance from garage is back around both corners. Another note: There are entrances for both buildings #14 and #16 underground. Once you've mastered the garage you have smooth sailing in/out and although garage staff will say the parking is closed on Shabbat, the electronic overhead garage doors are not closed for building residents/tenants. Would definately recommend this rental for visiting Jerusalem.

Mamilla Vacation Rental
The property was beautiful and in a perfect location for exploring the Old City and downtown modern Jerusalem. The property looked exactly as it did in the photos, and the property was very clean. I was disappointed that after having booked the property many months in advance and supplying the leasing company with our flight information, nobody was there to greet us in the apartment until the next day (even though our flight was on time and we arrived before 6:00 pm). As there has been with other apartments I have rented, there was not a list of instructions (other than the wi-fi information) of how to use things in the property. For instance, we didn't realize you had to turn on the hot water to take a shower (something all six of us needed after hours of travelling); there was a problem with the washer (which was fixed the next day when the leasing agent met us at the unit) - but we were coming to Israel from already having traveled in Europe, and we were looking forward to doing some laundry immediately upon our arrival. The fans in the bathroom did not work, and although we were told they would be fixed, they never were. Also, the parking was very difficult to figure out and could have been better explained (the parking spot numbers are NOT in any sort of order, so it took driving around a busy indoor structure multiple times to actually find the space). Overall, I would recommend staying in the unit because it was very comfortable and well located. However, I would encourage lessors to insist that someone meet them in the unit upon arrival.

Great Location - Beautiful Apartment
The apartment is in a perfect location to the Old City. It was a 5 minute walk to the Jaffa gate. The apartment was clean, safe and the beds were good. There is underground parking for a car if you have one. The a/c worked great until our last two nights. I contacted the property manager and she had a repair person there very quickly and repaired the A/C. It stopped working again and they addressed it promptly. There is a 24 hour grocery around the corner for any food or essentials that you might need. The apartment is above the the Mamilla Mall so there is great shopping and restaurants. The washer/Dryer worked well. The only thing that I wished were better was the garage parking passed never worked so we had to keep calling the security person to open the garage door for us and the cleaning lady forgot to leave soap for the washing machine so when we called to ask about that and she brought maybe enough soap for 2 loads. Two loads were not going to be enough for six people. We ended up buying our own soap for the washing machine. Overall the experience was excellent, besides a few minor issues. The property management group was easy to work with and resounded promptly to our calls. Bring your own toiletries as they were not supplied.
