My family has been staying on Pine Point since 2018. We’ve outgrown the cottages previously rented so we booked this home for the extra space. It was wonderful. Had nearly everything anyone could need. It was clean, bright & comfortable. We were walking-minutes from the beach & a short drive to others. It’s an easy ride to multiple outlets for shopping & even shorter ride into Portland for some city time. Couldn’t ask for better!

We love to stay at this cottage. The location is perfect if you love the beach and good restaurants in walking distance. It has enough space for us all to spread out and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. It is our favorite place to spend a week each Summer.

This was our second stay at this cottage and every bit as enjoyable this year. It is very well stocked with everything you might need. They think of everything. There was very nice new living room furniture this year (Sunbrella) and the pots and pans looked new (no scratched up nonstick stuff like you usually see). TY for that! Location is awesome. The only negative if I had to pick one is the shower is a pretty small stall. Not bad for a week though.

If you are looking for a quaint beach home near the ocean, this is the property for you. We spent a week here so we could escape the hustle and bustle of the 'real world.' The host is very nice to open her home to well-behaved dogs, and we always bring our dog along. There is a nice yard on the property that you share with the other two cottages nearby. On a side note, we saved two lost dogs during our stay and reunited them with their owners. One of the lost dogs showed up at the front door of this rental home and was there when we pulled in. We spent an hour trying to find his owner, and luckily we did. We are true dog lovers. Getting back to the property, you get your own parking spot and there's room enough for two cars should you need it. Parking is so convenient and right next to the house. It is a nice neighborhood, we felt very safe, and there was a bag of some snacks with a bottle of wine waiting on the kitchen table on arrival. It made us feel welcome. We had one issue with the property, and the owner rectified it promptly, so we were pleased. If you are looking for a quiet getaway beach house that allows dogs, I recommend this property. P.S. The shower is very tiny, so be aware of this. One person can barely turn around in it. Other than that, the home is roomy.

Easy walk to the beauty beach and local restaurants. Property well maintained, mattress very comfy. Had everything we needed. The property assistant, Theresa was a nice touch. She made us feel very welcome. Even the cleaning staffed checked to see if we needed anything when cleaning the other cottage.

The house was perfect for us. The property manager was so kind. The location to the beach access was good. The house had all the amenities we could ask for. We have already booked for next year!

Our stay was very enjoyable at this cottage. Clean, comfortable, spacious and close walking distance to the beach. The owner had a host greet us to provide contact information for an issues occurring during the week and we were left a gift basket which was very welcoming. Nice and quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. Overall a terrific renting experience. Would have booked again in 2023 but its already reserved! Thanks for having us this year!

Everything was great!

The property was close to a beautiful beach, several seafood restaurants we tried and main roads. The property manager was quick to address the few issues with the house we encountered and the weather was great. Very nice vacation

Location was great, cottage was clean and comfortable. If only the mosquitos would have left us alone we would have spent more time outside.

Debbie’s property was perfect for our first family vacation with our one year old son! We brought our dog with us and had my parents stay a few nights with us. The house slept four adults perfect and our son had his pack n play set up in the second bedroom. The yard allowed us to hang out outside after the beach, but did want to note it is shared by the other two cottages so just bring a leash for your dog! The walk to the beach was less than five minutes and made it the perfect commute with a toddler who needed to go back mid day for his nap. The beach was also dog friendly up until 9am, so even the dog got to go out and play in the water! We absolutely loved this property and the beach and cannot wait to go back next year!

Pleasant surroundings with beach themed decor add to that vacation decompression and state of mind! The walk to the beach is short and we appreciated the beach bathroom and showers available. The fine sand beaches are with ocean water that we found warmer than others along this 7 mile beach- a known fact- which was a very pleasant surprise.

What a wonderful week filled with family and friends in Pine Point! We loved the cottage it was perfect for our family of 4 and all our our guests we welcomed to the beach this week. The location is perfect with a quick bike ride for coffee, restaurants with outdoor seating and takeout in walking distance and the most important part the beach!!! Just a short walk away!! The cottage has everything you need for a week at the beach - we overpacked of course! If you want to cook your own meals there was everything to do so and more! The beds are comfortable and even when it rained there was plenty of space for everyone to still enjoy their visit. We can't thank Debbie enough for her hospitality and sharing her treasure of a cottage with us!

Our week long stay was just perfect, even though the weather was less than so. We will definitely be returning.

The perfect spot to stay at Pine Point! Within walking distance to the beach and a short walk/drive to some of our favorite places to eat. The cottage was beautifully decorated, clean, and we really enjoyed the comfortable deck with deck chairs. It felt like home. The owner was friendly, prompt with answers to our questions, and she left a wonderful welcome gift for us to begin our vacation. A lovely place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Close proximity to a fantastic beach. It was a hot week but we were very comfortable in air conditioning in the house and in the Atlantic Ocean on the beach! Owner and property manager were very responsive throughout the rental and check in process. We are looking forward to returning.

Cottage was absolutely perfect for our family with two young children! It was very clean and the location cannot be beat! Owner was extremely accommodating when we misunderstood our check our date! Will stay here again.

The house is equipped with everything you need, plus Hannafords for groceries and Walmart are a short drive. Minutes walk to the beach. Lovely yard and relaxing deck. Quiet, safe neighborhood, if you love to walk. Restaurants within walking distance. The trolly goes right by... steps from the house. I was with my husband, son, daughter-in-law and 3 year old granddaughter. Last summer we stayed at a motel in Old Orchard and it was very noisy. This house in Pine Point was perfect for us! I highly recommend it, if you're looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation.
