The apartment is spacious near the city center with good parking.

Since it is located in the attic without proper insulation, the apartment was hot. The fans were not enough to cool down and the air conditioning was faulty. That's why we couldn't stand it inside, so we ran outside, where the temperature was also high, but it was more bearable.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and had everything you need. The instructions on parking and entering the apartment were clear.

The airconditioning was mobile with a hose you couldn't attache to anything. A little clumsy.

Very very very hot. Little ac did not have a vent for hot air. Only stick out the exhaust pipe out an open window. Terrible design. Only way to survive was to take cold showers throughout the day and night.

When entering the appartment the first look is nice and spacy. The appartment is big and light. Within a few minutes you're in the centre of Brno. The appartment itself lies a bit in a "creepy area" with loads of homeless people and addicts/drunks on the street. (I found it quite fascinating, and they leave you alone so i felt safe enough).

Upon arrival the first thing you see is a letter on the door stating that the doorlock is faulty with a chance of breaking the key when you want to unlock it. If you break the key, you have to pay for the replacement costs. Not welcoming at all. Then the next issue: we paid for an appartment with washing machine, as stated in the description and photos. We got a mop and bugs instead. The kitchen was sticky with unwashed dishes, the laundry on the bed had holes, the bed itself was so old you lie in a big ditch and you feel the springs (also it creaks with the slightest movement). It is also quite hot in the appartment (summer time) so we slept with windows open, but there is A LOT of noise coming from the streets 24/7. The clock/bell from a nearby church rings every 15 minutes, even at night (and a lot of traffic, sirenes and sometimes loud people). This is however solvable with some earplugs. Our biggest issue was: the owner doesn't respond to email, SMS or phonecalls. At all. I asked questions about the washing machine on friday at 17.15, send extra messages trhoughout the weekend and tried to call aswell for another more prominent problem, and upon this day i havent received a word back. Also: there are some parking places included, but it can happen that theyre all full, as was our case. Since the owner won't answer or help you out, you'll have to look for (paid) parkingspaces nearby on your own.

Good sound isolation, not far from central bus and train stations. Cozy room.

Did not match the pictures, description or reviews. It was not up to a good standard. Mismatched curtains or none at all. Cockroach on balcony and no air con, property was marked as having aircon in the description. Poor quality mattress and bedding and shower head holder broke meaning it had to be held to have a shower. Left after 1 night.

The room was well furnished, with good coffe and tea offerings. There was also a bottle of local wine. The car park was under our apartment.

We were accomodated in an attic on hot days. There was a portable airconditioning unit, but the hose didn't work properly and there was only one. The heat made it impossible to sleep at night.

Private parking. Big space. Reletively low price.

All equipment heavily used or even broken. No curtains on windows. Bed makes loud sounds on every move.

Clean and spacious apartment. Soundproof windows. Good water pressure in the shower. Welcome gift. Good location. Parking included in the price.

absolutely terrible bed - the mattress doesn’t fit the frame, bed is creaking with every movement, which woke me up every time, mattress was sagging severely cleanliness-floors and dishes not cleaned properly overall the place looked much better on pictures, the furniture is falling apart (eg chairs). unfortunately i would not recommend anyone to stay here

The room was not really cleaned. It was fine for me because I needed to spend only one night.

Location was perfect, as this was our mid stop in long journey to Kaprun. Clear instructions for parking and key collection - we arrived very late - approx. 10pm. Quiet, spacious and clean rooms with all basic kitchen equipment. In the morning quite a few breakfast options close-by, as well as city centre. Very good price for such short stay.

Keys were not in the designated box, an employee ( not english or german speaker ) had to drive in and let us in. It made me a bit nervous - well, people make mistakes, importantly owner reacted accordingly and saved us in time :)

inconsistency of the foto in the booking with reality. You need to solve the quest to find the keys: there were inaccuracies the location of the keys as well as presence of similar links. I think it would be more convenient to simply draw a layout diagram
