-Property pics here is of when the hotel had opened. -Posting the current condition of the hotel for your reference. -Store Room, Kitchen & Reception all side by side. -No Breakfast was offered even though we booked with Breakfast. -The staff were behaving as we had trespassed into their living space. -We did ask them twice to change the bedsheets and pillow covers as they were covered with stains and hair. -After changing the sheets, the staff didn't even take the old sheets from the room. -We also had to remind them for providing us with drinking water. -Amount paid to the hotel is very much different from the rate advised on booking.com even after adding all taxes. -Fell for the fake reviews here on the website Booking.com

Stay was very good. Love the ambience of the hotel and room, food was delicious The stay was great and room service was also good. Overall experience was good. Would love visit again.

This was my 2nd trip to FabExpress Shalimar and the service and quality has been consistent. Overall the red stone rooms are well appointed and clean. the staff are very courteous from the bell desk to the housekeeping staff. The restaurant manager was a pleasure to deal with.
