Great location, great apartment thanks for a great stay

Great location, comfortable room

Very noisy at night due to people shouting and TV blasting, we were at the back of the property looking out onto other apartment blocks, hardly slept. Keys not at a nearby hotel, was at least a 5-10 minute walk if you knew the area. Apart from picking up keys we never saw any staff, room was not serviced.

There are elevators. Very large comfortable bed. Plenty of kitchen and bathroom provisions.

Floor plan means less usable space. Be aware of 4pm check-in but conversely you have a much later check-out.

Everything. The apartment was really exceptionally well equipped, very clean, very quiet, the location was excellent. Couldn't fault it.

Nothing, except that it was quite expensive - but that is to be expected for central London.

Good location and roomy.

We had a very bad experience while staying at the apartment ! On either the Monday 27th. or Tuesday the 28th June, the apartment was cleaned during our absence. During this time my wife's prescription sleeping tablets were removed from her bag, this resulted in a great deal of discomfort to my wife who was unable to get any decent sleep. A thoroughly disappointing situation where you can't leave your personal property with any confidence.

Central location and quiet

Wonderful location for EUROSTAR travellers. Quiet, very clean modern place with quality equipment. Excellent communication via Booking.com.

No balcony

Responsive and friendly customer service. Check out is 1:00pm. You can store your luggage at their sister property 5 min walk away both prior to check in and even AFTER you check out. Bruno very responsive. 1 bedroom very clean with 1 queen size bed and pull out sofa and all the details for self catering: fan, broom, dish soap, salt, good lighting but fave is great location. 3 min walk to Waitrose supermarket and Brunswick shopping center, 10 min walk to Euston station for train to Harry Potter Studios Watford Junction, 5 min walk to British Library and Russell Tube. Lots of shelves and rare find: a luggage rack. Kitchen (see photo) has 2 burner cook top, oven, dishwasher, toaster. You are set. Ironing board, iron, clothes drying rack. They thought of everything! When I couldn't figure out how to turn oven on to make our pizza, I called Bruno and he patiently walked me through it. Coin operated washer and dryer on lower level of building or Launderette around the corner. Great Wifi.

hard to find something to complain about. Floor tiles a bit cold in March so pack slippers or thick socks to wear.

Lovely apartment, very quiet, every thing you wanted was provided. Great location for restaurants, pubs and shops. Close to public transport. Would definitely stay there again.

No breakfast at the location

The beds wete very hard to sleep on. I couldn’t sleep the whole night!
