Freundliches, sauberes Hotel mit guter Anbindung ins Zentrum. Schnell am Kings Cross/St. Pancras. Wir waren 5 Nächte dort während eines Städtetrips nach London und haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Bei einem Zimmer zur Straße muss man bei gekipptem Fenster den Verkehrslärm in Kauf nehmen...

Very nice reception staff - I arrived late and the gentleman was very helpful and chatty

It was all good .very comfortable beds and the room was perfect.

The location was the only benefit of this place. No complaints about the staff interactions we had.

Tiny box room didn't match the pictures at all. Stank of smoke. Room on ground floor with a car park directly outside level with headlights. Literally 1 foot away from the window. The bed was atrocious, the springs were completely gone and it was shoved up against the wall. The bathroom mirror was cracked. A university dorm room would have been. more luxurious, in fact mine actually was! £125 a night for this is a joke. I wouldn't pay more than £50.

Nice, clean, comfortable. Nothing to complain about. Very cozy park in front and bus stop close by.

Die Lage war etwas außerhalb, wurde wegen der Nähe zu der Eventlocation "The Dome" gewählt, U-Bahnstation in der Nähe, Ein großer Park gegenüber und zahlreiche Einkaufs- und Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Die Ausstattung war umfangreich. Vergleichbare Hotel in der City sind da deutlich eingeschränkter und bieten weniger Komfort. Wasserkocher, Föhn, Dusche. Handtuchwärmer, Handtücher, Seife, Duschlotion, Fernseher, Telefon, 2 Spiegel, Bügel - was man so braucht.

Das Bett im Einzelzimmer war etwas unbequem, die Matratze müsste mal getauscht werden. Sie war irgendwie schräg, man hatte immer das Gefühl wegzurollen..... :)

It was clean

The room we were allocated was nothing like the room shown on the pictures of double rooms on booking.com. The room we were given was on the -1 floor at the very end of a narrow corridor next to the fire exit. The room was only big enough to be a single room for a single bed, but the hotel had put a small double bed (pushed up against the wall right under the window in there). The room itself was very narrow and the TV was fitted inside a small alcove next to the bathroom door and didn't move so when you're lying in bed you can not see the TV. The bathroom was absolutely TINY, and you could barely even turn around in there. I did go and politely speak to the staff on reception about this and explained I wasn't happy as it was not the room on the pictures when booking and had this room been shown on the pictures I would not have booked. The young lady on reception was very polite and tried to help, but the older lady was very rude and was basically telling her to tell me that it's a double room which I have booked. After some arguing back and forth the older lady on reception went and spoke to someone and when she came back had a much nicer approach to the situation and offered us an alternative room, which was the room shown on booking.com. The room was a lot more spacious and the bed was in the middle of the room with bedside tables either side and lights. It was much better than the previous room but still only basic and what you would expect for a basic hotel room. The towels provided were 2 small hand towels and 2 small towels which did not wrap around your body. The bed was extremely uncomfortable my friend and I did not sleep properly for 2 nights because the mattress felt so cheap and you could feel the springs inside it. The hotel as a whole seems very run down as even the carpets throughout the building are worn out and look extremely old.

We stayed 5 nights and found our room very clean and comfortable as did our sister and brother in law who also were with us. The staff were friendly and welcoming and had no problems with storing our luggage which was stored in a secure area until we were able to check in. The room had tea, coffee and a kettle available. Bathroom was very clean and had liquid soap for showering. The bed was so comfortable, very cosy and had the best sleep considering I don't sleep well. Good location as far as the underground tube goes, Manor House to the right and Finsbury Park to the left, about 10-15 minute walk. Finsbury Park also opposite hotel for walking or kids to run around. Overall a good stay and staff were exceptional with helping out sister in law as brother in law spent time in hospital as we went our separate ways, so a huge thankyou for going out of your way to assist them, much appreciated 😊

Can't really criticise much as everything was great, only thing is that although room was very comfortable the rooms are small if you have 3 cases, not much room to store. Only other thing is there is no fridge to be able to store anything cold, my own fault didn't read facilities properly and just assumed they had a fridge but we got by.
