Surrounding of property is very dirty and bad, bed covers and shawls have not changed, very bad odor in the room as well as varanda of the hotels lobby.
bed covers, cleanliness, type if guests in the hotel. have seen most of the boys and girls only. Not suitable for family and business trip.

Nothing much to describe Hotel location was near but entry service road was SLUM and Garbage next time please do not give me false information.

For the price of room which includes complimentary breakfast it is sort of ok.
Location is horrible. In the middle of a lane full of garbage and filth. Staff behaviour is rude including the room boys.i book a triple room and executive suite. When I arrived with family including elders at night 10pm I was told triple room was not available.i was provided a different room after 1 hour. The water jugs were oily and dirty from outside Room staff was very rude. I checked out the next day itself even though I had booked for 3 nights and took a hotel nearby which was costlier but very good . Overall a terrible experience

Everting was bad right from location which is within slums the room which is full of fungus and cockroaches to dirty linens

It is located inside a slum. I really didn't feel safe walking into the property at night.

They changed the hotel by saying rooms are not available. I already enquired about room availability one day before reaching.
They provided a room in another hotel where the manager was not listening. I was waiting for manager action on Ac not working for 2 hr in the night around 12. The staff was very rude. Many guests left the hotel at midnight in front of me by complaining about insects in the room.
Hotel personnel are not even thinking about guests. They just need money somehow.

Location walkable distance from central Station. Room very quiet and comfortable
Interior well maintained however room needs painting as water seepage through roof seen. And mainly I think previous stayed guy smoked inside this ac room. For me ok. But some might not like tobacco smoke laden ac room

The linen was asked to be changed . The bathroom was smelling. Breakfast was limited. No coffee or tea. The dining hall was not clean.

The so called manager, the way he treat and talk is the worst
He never helps… the AC wasn’t working in the room that was provided first when I requested his face went all angles … I would never recommend this hotel to any of my frds though the entrance road was quite dirty and tough the hospitality is the worse

the location to hotel passes through a slum and approach road is not at all good for family use .. people were bathing and taking nature calls on the very same road .. very uncomfortable for family members.

the area where it is located is not very clean. The road is very narrow and the area looked like a small slum

Sit out with 4 chairs & table, compact comfortable room with A/C, clean bathroom, helpful staff, good breakfast- self service, working TV, hot water.
Access to hotel is a narrow lane. Difficult to drive in the lane & park car. Staff helped to park. Only 2 parking spaces. Clothes hanger in bathroom was above toilet. Clothes hooks on door would be helpful.

nothing, very impatient and rude attitude hotel receptionist
the receptionist guy along with one more bearded guy were very rude and ignorant. Dude i didnt pay money to be ill treated huh.

The bathroom was good.that was the only good thing.
Please do take care of your rooms.fully dampy room was allotted.full of cockroaches.
Early check in with genuine reason also is a very big issue for them.we had to communicate/request them at least 20times for early check in.
