Bardzo miły, pomocny personel . Wszystko świeże na śniadaniu. Panie cały czas patrzą żeby nieczęsto nie zabrakło. Super lokalizacja : blisko na plażę i zaraz za hotelem widać Wenecję. Piękny widok wieczorem. Spokojna okolica, idealna aby odpocząć po całodziennym hałasie i tłoku w Wenecji. Blisko sklepy spożywcze, warzywniak, mięsny czy drogeryjny. Dobra komunikacja miejska. A rejs do Wenecji z cudownym widokiem na lagunę to dodatkowy atut. Pokój przestronny, sprzątany każdego dnia. Jest w nim wszystko co potrzeba: czajnik, lodówka, herbata, kawa, wygodne łóżka, duża szafa.

Clean , good location, nice breakfast, kind staff

The bedroom was spacious, modern, clean and a better standard than we expected. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent with different (home made, I think) savoury item each day. Lovely selection and plentiful. Hotel provided excellent info in advance of our trip that helped us make savings with the travel cards before leaving airport. Location was perfect! It was in a quiet area, by beach with a 10 min bus ride from boat that gets you quickly to and from Venice centre.

It would have been useful to have a full length mirror in room. We had to use the one in the lift!🤣

Personel was so, so nice... Location near beach and bus stops were also great and that was important for us. It's definitely worth booking a room in this hotel!

Not so much a con of the hotel, but it turns out that shops in Italy close a lot sooner than in other parts of Europe, so we had problem with getting some cold water to drink on one evening.

Air conditioning didn't work well in the 30° temperature

First impression was how lovely and friendly the gentleman named Piero on reception desk was. Always a nice start. He was very informative and helpful with restaurants etc in the area. He provided us with a map and marked off locations we needed. On request Piero promptly supplied us with extra pillows. Hotel was lovely and clean as was our comfortable room. Twin beds were comfy, no complaints as a good night's sleep was had. Plenty of fresh towels and toiletries supplied. Hairdryer in bathroom. TV worked. Hotel was nice and quiet and we never heard any other guests. Super handy that our room was right beside the lift. Having come in from 34° temperatures outside we were so grateful of air conditioning in the room - it was a blessing. We enjoyed a lovely continental breakfast of juice, pastries, yogurts, cheese, peaches and hot breakfast tea. There was also ham, breads, cereals, nutella, jams etc I requested Gluten Free for my Coeliac Grandson and he was provided with a selection of sealed packets of crackers & cakes which he had with cheese yoghurt & fruit and enjoyed. Many thanks to the hotel staff for looking after our requests and making our stay a pleasant one, especially Piero on front desk. Highly recommend this hotel for a nice quiet peaceful stay, with beautiful beaches and some fab restaurants a few minutes walk away, that also provided GF meals. Wish I could remember the names now as I would love to recommend them. Especially great if you have spent time in the busy streets of Venice Central and need a bit of quiet after the buzz and travels. Plus we had no difficulty getting there, the bus journey (which was frequent using route A or C) from the boat taxi (#52) station was under 10 minutes to Hotel. Wasnt a biggie - would have loved having a kettle and tea available in the room but happy that a pot of tea was available to order at €2 from reception and juices which were available in minutes. Both were really tasty.

Very helpful and friendly staff! Room clean and bed was super helpful. I really liked that in elevator there was a note with information about local ivents and weather. I had to check out very early in the morning so I got breakfast for take away which was very kind.

The room was extremely quiet, tidy and clean. The hotel staff was very nice and kind, and even upgraded my room at no extra cost. Breakfast was pleasant and varied enough.

Best personel I ever meet. Food was delicios, room was clean. Like in name hotel I WAS IN A FULL "SORRISO" FELING.

Wonderfully bright clean bedroom with comfy beds and a brilliant view, it was quiet at night time. Breakfast was great, a good selection of meat, cheese, cereals, yoghurts, croissants, fresh juice and lovely coffee etc. Great location, just round the corner from a bus stop that takes you directly to the boat terminal required for Venice. The hotel has bikes you can hire at a reasonable price if you want to explore the island. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We were even given a packed breakfast on the day we checked out because we left earlier than the standard breakfast time. Can't believe this hotel doesn't have more stars. Highly recommended would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Hotel Sorriso for helping to make our 20th anniversary so wonderful.

Breakfast starts at 8AM which is slightly late if on business. Wi-Fi always connected but sometimes no data goes through.

Lovely spacious room, great shower power and temperature, nice staff, great location to enjoy the Lido as well as Venice, breakfast was lovely and a nice selection. Really great value for money.

The only thing I could really pick fault with is the aircon - it didn’t really work so the room felt quite stuffy - but we managed absolutely fine so it didn’t cause any issues.
