I enjoyed the peace and quiet of its residential location. The apartment is spacious and attractive, and very comfortable.

The dining table worked reasonably well as a desk, but having an actual desk would have been nice. I was led to believe I would have more of a kitchen, though it managed to suffice.

Beautiful quiet area in Guidecca with water views. Alvise met us and graciously showed us around the apartment, which was very clean and had everything on hand. Washer/Dryer, cooking equipment, some coffee, tea, staples provided/donated from previous visitors. Had toiletries, hair dryer & iron. Wonderful views from both rooms with big windows to allow the breezes in. Guidecca has a great choice of bars, awesome restaurants and well stocked mini markets. Some lovely galleries, art spaces, churches. We enjoyed our time, and we're grateful to have found this spot, away from the majority of tourists.

Water buses are expensive - $25euro a day! Pillows need replacing, and there was no plug for kitchen sink and could not buy one anywhere 😄

view over the lagoon is amazing. the rooms are clean, the bathroom is fabulous and everything works. The host was incredibly friendly, professional, helpful and accommodating.

Very spacious apartment. Very clean. Very quiet. Good views. It is on an island so you do have to get a water taxi to the Main parts of Venice. We got a three day pass so it worked out fine and was also able to use it to go to Burano and Murano.

The owner of the property did not receive quite a few of my messages prior to arriving.

Bit of a walk to vaporetto but only an issue because I had limited mobility at the time.

ideal 5th floor location. Marvellous air conditioning and not too noisy. Good shower strength and also excellent towels. The bed was extremely comfortable. Carlotta was a charming greeting host.

The apartment door handle came away from the locking barrel. The old keys in the kitchen cupboard doors kept falling out and the doors were awkward to open,as was the fridge door. perhaps the doors were a little misaligned. however these issues are not significant and didn’t cause any frustration.

The Apartment is located in a very nicely refurbished industrial Building. It’s very spacious, has beautiful Furniture and is equipped very well. With espresso machine even ;-) If you want to have a more relaxed stay with calm evenings, I totally recommend this place. Along the pier are a few good restaurants and bars, which are not overrun at the moment. And of course with the water bus in walking distance, you can get to everywhere.

This apartment is on the fourth floor of an updated building on Giudecca. It is very spacious for a Venice-area property, with a well-stocked kitchen, a washing machine and iron, and comfortable furniture. The bed pillows are divine! There are four windows (two in the bedroom, one in the bathroom, and one in the living/kitchen area) that provide lots of light to the space and, when opened, give the apartment a delightfully airy feel. There was a mosquito or two at night, so we had to keep them closed while we slept. We arrived a bit early to the apartment and Alvise (owner?) arranged for us to drop our bags off early while the unit was still being cleaned. Very nice! Wi-fi is super fast. Getting to and from the unit via the Vaporetti is no problem (best to get an Actv multi-day pass [than to pay for a single use ticket] to get back and forth to Venice). There are serveral restaurants and stores along the Giudecca waterfront. We love this apartment.

This is one of the best accommodations we've come across on our Italian travels. No complaints.

This place is fantastic in every way. Alvise was a terrific host, he shared many local favorites and was very accommodating - went out of his way to make us feel at home.

Excellent views. Big modern flat. A very good place to stay, and peaceful due to being away from the main tourist areas.
