Incredibly kept property with breathtaking views from our bedroom. Pip, Andy and Maureen were very accommodating and friendly and made our stay feel like we were at home away from home. We utilised the on-site e-bikes to explore the island, the car(s), golf clubs and Kayaks. Also, they have their breakfast offerings down pat! Speaking of 'pat', me and my partner loved the daily dog patting of Van and Pepper - the darling duo of Poodles.

We had a lovely time at the lodge - we stayed over the Christmas holiday and were treated like family by Andy and Pip. The ability to borrow a car or e-bikes as well as have a great backyard to hang out in made it an easy place to relax and enjoy our downtime between beaches and wineries. The breakfast and honor bar were a really nice touch.

That we had to leave! Can’t say enough nice things about the property and owners.

Immaculate property, very well appointed with gorgeous waterfront rooms. Definitely luxury! Pip and Andy are lovely and very helpful. They have thought of everything you can need to have a special stay.

Everything from the neighborhood and it’s scenery to the hospitality and attention to detail by the couple who runs it.. the quality of the food as well as the rooms and everything overall was very luxurious. When I stayed there I felt as if I was treated as royalty.

Can’t really say anything bad about the place or the people.

Loved our brief stay with Pip & Andy! Unfortunately our holiday was cut short due to one of kids becoming sick. Pip was very understanding and accommodating and nothing was problem. Even received room service coffee...thanks Pip! The lodge is gorgeous with amazing views, super clean, very comfy bed and the rooms are huge with a living/sofa area in them. We will be back!

The daily breakfasts were amazing. The rooms were sizeable and very comfortable. Loved the heated floors in the bathroom. The couple that managed the property were very friendly and helpful.

This 2 night stay was supposed to be my birthday treat to myself and my partner. Street in between the rooms and the water is quite frequented, so it’s hard to feel like you have privacy when the blinds are open. Upon our arrival the owner greeted us friendly but didn’t know where the key to our room was, it felt like they weren’t prepared well for our stay. It was my birthday getaway (mentioned upon booking) and I expected better service considering the price tag. There was a few crisps and lemonade and 2 beers in the fridge, no complimentary wine or a glass of bubbles upon arrival. First breakfast (day of my birthday) was served in room but no one even asked if we wanted coffee. Staff was friendly but didn’t go the extra mile. I had to have my partner mention again that it was birthday and if we could get some bubbles and only after a small discussion it was made possible, first they tried selling us a whole bottle. We mentioned we would like at least a coffee for our breakfast on day 2 , they apologised but it was all quite awkward. Don’t think it was worth the money and will not recommend, sorry. Not sure how to justify the price if there’s no services compared to other air bnbs in a smaller price range.

Beautiful property with lovely furnishings - everything you’d want on a trip is catered for. loved the electric bikes to explore the island. Room is large and very comfortable.

Not that it matters at all but I had assumed this property was on a beach, it is on the waterfront however it is very tidal there and you wouldn’t really swim there unless tides in & no wind.

Great hosts. Very comfortable. Excellent facilities. Clean, light and friendly. A fantastic weekend!
