Wifi not great but not really an issue for us

The place was spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Should be instructions on how to use the coffee maker. Overall very nice stay.

Placement

Ground floor. Very dark. Low celling. Impression being in the cave. Very expensive for such an appartment :(

Amazing location in Edin and great sized apartment. Contained everything you need. Good WiFi and plenty of utensils to use. 3 bathrooms meant it was great for our group. Good communication from owner and easy instructions to follow for entry.

Upstairs neighbours were very noisy, waking us all up in early hours of the morning but this is no fault of owners.

What a lovely appartment. Ground floor so excellent for luggage and pushchair access. Note the instructions of where to find it though as it is hidden away! Very quiet. Did not feel like we were in middle of a city. Fantastic space. Comfortable beds and lots of sleeping arrangement options. Fantastic amenities for a young family. Cot and high chair available. Good value for money. Location very good. Would definitely book again if visiting Edinburgh. Thank you.

Finding the accomodation. Misplaced the instructions so our own fault. May help to have address as Dublin street not York st.? Also the driveway is very uneven so difficult with pushchair and wheeled luggage.

Booked this accommodation for my wife and a group of her friends to celebrate a birthday. Property exceptionally clean & well equipped. Excellent location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, location is very central. The apartment had everything we needed, and more. The kitchen was well equipped and there were toiletries left in the bathroom. Having three bathrooms was an additional bonus for the 6 of us. We took our dog with us and there was plenty of space for him too. Would recommend the property to families or groups. Would deffo come back to stay.

The entrance from the street was very uneven and quite dangerous for a group of OAPs.

Very clean, lovely place to stay in a great central location with plenty of space. Ideal for visiting Edinburgh.

The location was ideal for our purposes. Local amenities all to hand especially for self catering. The apartment was clean and warm.

The entry to the site was uneven under foot. Rear lane was cobbled and entry surface ad some uneven patches.
