we had 16 family members and property was just right for all of us. kids as well as adults enjoyed the games. pool was close by and very nice. property manager was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. would absolutely recommend this property;

Adventure Awaits Lodge was THE perfect house for our 1st time in TN for our 3 generation annual family gathering. Cabin is clean, up to date furniture in great condition. Plenty of kitchen supplies, seating for dining, rocking chairs to enjoy the gorgeous views while on the wrap around porch, lots of cozy seating inside as well. The Lg. Blackstone Griddle worked out great for our pancake breakfasts & dinners. Bedrooms were the perfect sizes. Kids loved the theatre room for their quiet time. Game-room was great to gather once the little ones were tucked in for the night. The pool was clean, plenty of shade/sun & meet the needs for all 3 generations. We all had a blast ziplining, alpine coaster, water park & Great Smoky Mtn. Natl Park. Dayne responded very quickly to our questions with very good communication.

The house was roomy enough for 16 adults and 2 children. We had some issues when we got there but the owner replied quickly and resolved the problems! We loved all the rockers on the porch and there was enough seating in the dining room/kitchen for us all to eat together.

This home fits our needs so well. There were 16 of us. The dining layout was perfect to seat all 16 of us at once. It was also great for massive card games. Most everyone played games - pool, pacman, and games in the downstairs. Bedrooms and showers were perfect for 8 guys (ages 12-21), 7 adults, and 1 girl - (age 10) who was delighted with the "kids" room.
Kitchen had plenty of everything except we were unprepared for needing plastic bags for trash and dishwasher supplies. Owner was very responsive to our questions and concerns. Thanks so much!

Six families stayed together and another 4 families stayed close by. It was a great place to gather with plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare and share meals and the outdoor griddle was awesome. The pool was large and not crowded. Had a few issues but the property manager was easy to work with. We had a wonderful time together!!

We had three families stay for Spring Break and it was the perfect size for everyone to spread out and play with all the activities. No one felt cramped and the bathroom for each room didn’t hurt either! We would definitely stay again.

The cabin was perfect for sleeping comfortably with a large group. We had other friends come over and hangout every evening while using the large well furnished kitchen for cooking. This place is amazing!

We have rented cabins in the Pigeon Forge area for many years for our family Christmas. All the family agrees, this is one the best cabins we have stayed. We loved all the amenities, including the pool table, video games and gaming systems. We loved having a large family room for us all to gather and a large kitchen that would seat our party of 15. Each room was equipped nicely and we loved the location, which was close to area attractions but not right in the middle of heavy traffic. We will definitely mark this as a cabin we will return to!

This is a large home that is set up to be comfortable. So nice to have private baths and tv’s in all the bedrooms and large gathering areas. The furniture and bedding was very comfy and kitchen was well-equipped. The property is close to the main drag to get to what you need or want in a few minutes. The drive isn’t as scary as driving up above Gatlinburg but you don’t have those views either, that’s a trade-off. Nice home!

Reserved stay for my Parent’s 50th Anniversary. Plenty of rooms so each couple and young folks had their own room. Games and large areas gave lots of opportunities for fun and quality family time. Five Stars!

We loved the large paved parking lot, as 7 of us were on motorcycles. Beautiful place with plenty of room and games for all. The only thing we needed, that was not there, was a pizza cutter (lol)! Fantastic lodge that we would definitely stay in again. Thanks Dayne for your regular communication and for being a great host!!

We had a family reunion with our 12 children and their spouses and children and it accommodated us perfectly. The pool area was awesome and the location to local sites and attractions was within a short drive.

This cabin did not disappoint, very large a spacious for our whole family. The location is perfect, we were 15 minutes from Pigeon forge and 35 minutes from Gatlingburg. The community pool was great, very large and has plenty of seating for everyone. We had a little hiccup with the AC for half the house on the first night, but I was really impressed with Dayne's promptness. As soon as I texted him he was on it. He had someone out first thing the next day, after that is was like an ice box in there. We were looking for a fancy place for just a few of us adults to go to and Dayne recommended Greenbriar. I definitely recommend going there. Dayne was a great host and we would absolutely stay here again, I would recommend this cabin to everyone!

We had a large family group of 17 that was easily accommodated by the 3 floors of living and entertaining space. Conveniently located to the main attractions to the area it served as a wonderful base camp for a week of family fun. The property was exactly as advertised, the pictures do a great job of conveying what you will see in person. Great communication with the owner, cleanliness of the property. Couldn't be happier and would definitely rent this one again.

Our stay at Dayne's place was amazing! We were able to check in early, which was a huge help on our first day. The accommodations were great - the house was huge, with more than enough space for all 16 of us. Loved the extra fridge downstairs. AC worked great during the 95 degree weather. Ample parking behind the house. Definitely got use out of the hot tub and community pool close by. Kitchen had everything we needed and appreciated all of the seating in the dining room. Plenty of dishes, utensils, etc. Check out process was the easiest ever. Would definitely stay again if we had another opportunity to vacation in Sevierville.

Wonderful stay at adventure awaits. The cabin was even better than we anticipated. Ample supplies in the kitchen to prepare and serve food to our hungry crew. The cabin is far enough away from the hustle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but close enough for trips to the attractions. The mountains are awesome!

Loved our stay at Adventure Awaits! The cabin was perfect for our family of 21, ages 1- 65. It was great having so many bedroom suites which were all of good size and very comfy. We loved the beautiful main living room where everyone could hang out (all the couches were really nice!) and the porch with all the rockers and great mountain views. The kitchen was well stocked and was bigger than expected and we had more than enough seating at the dining tables. Game room and theater were great too! With so much to do in the area, we only made it to the resort pool once, but that was really nice as well. The electronic message board was awesome and appreciated. We would without a doubt stay here again, it was everything we had hoped for!

Just what we needed for 6 adult couples and 5 kids to have their own rooms and bathroom, separate areas for gathering and large enough room in main living room and kitchen for all 17 to gather together. Wonderful porch with plenty of rockers and a Mountain View. Not far from restaurants and activities.

The large house is well laid out and was very clean. The parking is the best I’ve found. Our large group (19) had plenty of room and the area was nice and quiet. A little further out than I was used to but pretty easy to get everywhere. We encountered some issues but Dayne was responsive. Thx to the next guests that found my iPad & to Dayne for getting it back to me.

This cabin was exactly as advertised. We had a large group, and everyone was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and dining area offered enough space to cook large meals and seat everyone comfortably.
The floors were a little dirty, leaving black residue on feet/socks, most likely from the asphalt driveway, and the shower door in the master bath upstairs had issues staying closed. Overall though, everyone in our group had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone.

Great home! Very spacious for 12 adults. Loved all the seating and the big hot tub. Close to some delicious dining. Not too far from some fabulous hiking. Enough parking for our 5 vehicles.
