This was a clean, comfortable place to stay. The host was very responsive to my questions on how to access the property.

Room mumber 4 is perfect for a solo traveler or couple. The A/C was quiet and cooled the room down quickly when needed. It was kept off when I wasn't in the room. The bathroom is large with a big shower stall and clean, fluffy towels. In a shared space is a dining table, mini fridge, and a microwave. The wifi worked well, and I barely heard any sound from the bakery below. This room requires walking up one flight of stairs. There is a desk where I placed my laptop. There is also a large closet. The location is great. You can walk to Costco, grocery stores, restaurants, and a mall.

I could not get the overhead light to turn on, but there was a light on the desk that worked.

Being out of touristic area but near by. Clean place, working air conditioner, good size room and bathroom, having a large closet, iron and ironing board, extra soap bars and toilet paper and I loved we had beach towels.

Old water leak under the bathroom sink made it a bit smelly.

I loved my room. It was extremely clean and comfortable. Everything worked great, there were ample clean towels for me on arrival. The bed was extremely comfortable. The owner maintained excellent contact with me and ensured that I had everything that I needed for my stay. The staff downstairs who work at the coffee shop are really kind. I enjoyed getting coffee, cookies, and delicious cake from there. I had no trouble entering the building or my room at any point during my stay. The bathroom in my room was extremely clean and everything worked well. There was great water pressure and no issues with water heating or anything like that. I really liked the location as well, not directly within a touristy area, but still very close to more central areas, which is great if you like walking and exploring. I felt very safe at all times. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again on my next visit to Puerto Vallarta.

Due to the coffee shop downstairs, it could be a little bit loud very early in the morning, but it's understandable and not the worst thing ever, which is why I still rated my stay a 10/10.

Nice and quiet at bedtime. Location is great.

Location very convenient for walking around Versailles, and very close to La Comer for shopping.
