The hide a beds are very hard.

The grounds of this resort are well kept and beautiful with a path around the complex for morning exercise if you don’t like walking on the beach. Location is close enough to town or the Marina to walk easily. This resort offers great value for your money.

The suites are in some need of upgrades and we did see some roaches but in this climate I guess it’s to be explored- we did have our room thoroughly cleaned everyday which we appreciated.

A quiet room near the pool, beach and restaurant. No trouble checking in or out. A very convenient location.

Los Tules was an extremely relaxed and silent place of retreat for couple of days. The best asset were the beautiful, well-maintained gardens and very views from the balcony. We all, and especially our six years old enjoyed greatly the lovely swimming pools with nice and warm water. The ocean had pretty wild waves right in front of the condo, but there was a calmer beach within five minutes walk. Our room was kept very clean and tidy, and the kitchen was very well equipped for our needs. There was a big Soriana supermarket just on other side of the road, so we also used the kitchen a lot. Shower had good flow and warm water. Also the restaurant Café Chapultepec is worth visiting, as it offers tasty dishes and broad menu for reasonable prices. The whole personnel at Los Tules was very friendly and helpful throughout our whole stay. Very peaceful and beautiful place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. I can easily recommend the place for families with children, and other people, too. Muchas gracias a todos en Los Tules.

Our bathroom sink didn’t work at all and the bathroom door didn’t close. We also had just one queen size bed (plus a sofa-bed) instead of the reserved two. That didn’t matter at all though, as we already fell in love with the room setting and the view, and our group fitted nicely on that room, too. As a satisfying compensation for the toilet issues we were given a small discount at the hotel restaurant. That suited us well, as it wasn’t that annoying to wash hands and teeth in the kitchen. Sofa-bed was a bit untidy, when opening it. But all in all we were very happy with our hotel choice, and would definitely choose the same place again if one day returning to Puerto Vallarta. Generally the maintenance and cleanliness in the whole place was at very high level, and the 24/7 our guards took care of the security. Los Tules was very silent, too - no traffic noise or partying to be heard at all. If you look for night life and crowds, head to Malécon, but if not, stay rather here.

Nice place, with a nice pool, and beach access. It's fairly close to the airport, but it's a little ways from the boardwalk and zona romantica. I enjoyed seeing the iguana outside the window in the palm tree the last day of our stay.

There weren't a ton of nearby restaurants the we liked.

The gardens and the facilities were just amazing. Lovely swimming pools and restaurant serving until night.

I may be wrong but I have not seen any playground for the kids. Close to shopping centre but quite far from the city centre.

The trees and grass are lovely. There was a deep great bathtub, very rare in Mexico! This was such a bonus. One is in the city but there is a quality of peace and calm at Los Tules. I like the low to the ground buildings how they feel somewhat hidden in trees. The beach is lovely. The flow of the property makes for small adventure. It is quiet. We will return.

One man at the desk had some attitude, but such is life.

Very nice and quiet hotel. Incredible location. We got the oceanside apartment with a queen size bed and a view of the Pacific from the balcony. Nice and spaceous. And we basically had a private beach right on our doorstep. The room was very clean, good wifi, comfy bed, good aircondition, big shower with plenty warm water, and a tank of cold filtered drinking water at our disposal.

Beautiful gardens and crystal clean pools and right on the beach. Friendly staff, daily room service and a small market within the resort. Location just a couple miles from downtown Puerto Vallarta or the airport. Cheap bus or taxis are easy. A mall with a Walmart and a bank across the street.

Not much to not like. The resort is older and buildings are up to 4 stories with just stairs.

We stayed in building 5 room 302. Tj

The maids would clean but did not lock the door.

Everything was clean and good environment

The rules are exaggerated, no music, not inflatables 👎🏻

Restaurant food is very good, Breakfast lunch and dinner huevos divorciados with chilaquiles were great 😊 💯 % family and very Comfortable,3 bed and 3 bathrooms beach view suite also grocery stores inside the location.

The hotel does not have a laundry-designed area but the receptionist sent someone to pick up my clothes and bring them the next day, another observation was the hotel has only one restaurant and is open 8- 10:00 pm 👎 so the bar is closed very early
