Very nice staff!

Loved the genuine hospitality which is the core of the hospitality business, unfortunately rare these days. It percolates down right from the MD (Mr. Than) to everyone I came across. Special mention for Stella, she was everywhere and always smiling. Ham (his nickname) was also pleasant and helpful. I dint feel the "language barrier" that we normally have in Thailand coz they made my stay so comfortable. Wish there are many more like them in this hospitality industry.

This is a wonderful hotel and far beyond my expectations. It's quite new and the staff are young. It was nice to stay there and if my schedule allows I would like to stay longer.

The staff took really good care of us! It didn't appear to be busy when we were there but they opened the restaurant for us for dinner, brought out ingredients for my daughter to have a PB&J sandwich, shared some whiskey with us so we could have just one drink with dinner, and gave us a ride to the market the next day (and wouldn't accept a tip). The rooms were spacious, clean, and beds were comfortable. The view from the pool was awesome! Will stay again if in this part of Bangkok :) Be aware that they don't speak much English in this area, so make sure you have a little Thai or are comfortable with a phone translator (they were happy to use it).

This hotel has been exceptional. Owner Tran and staff have made our stay absolutely amazing. Never had a hotel experience like this before! Tran is the best host, knowledgeable accomodating and so kind to us. Drove us to Impact arena, shopping, and got us to train station while waiting till we got away safely. An absolutely amazing host. Room is beautiful clean, well equipped. Kids loved the jacuzzi. Beds super comfy, rooftop swimming pool with the best view of Bangkok. WiFi is fast. . Close to Impact Arena and DonMuang. . Great for family stay. I can highly recommend this to anyone wanting a great experience in Bangkok. We will not stay anywhere else when visiting Bangkok!

There is nothing we did not like! And exceptional stay!

This fun and funky hotel is sure to put a smile on your face. We came in from Suvarnabhumi airport and we’re leaving though Don Mueang airport and we’re staying a night. We chose this hotel because it got us close to Don Mueang and had a pool. Traveling with tired kids we thought this would be a bonus. We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel staff and owner were very very helpful and treated us with care. We tried their espresso with breakfast and got a bit of cultural lessons on where it came from. We also enjoyed the big screen TVs, the breakfast was full and yummy, the pool has views, and our kids got to try the jacuzzi in the room. We went out for food and Starbucks was right down the road along with Subway and for those of us who wanted street food that was in the same area. When it was time to head to the airport we got a complimentary ride in the owners SUV. He was very accommodating. He also gave us a quick peak of his accomplishments as an architect along the way. Definitely recommend for a memorable experience.

The hotel itself needed a bit more attention regarding cleanliness however it was easy to overlook. Beds were comfy and clean.

Nice pool area with lots of water sprays and falls. Nice staff, very willing to help.

Location a bit of a problem if you don't have transport.

The room was great value for money, and the jacuzzi was lovely.

Blue Tel made our anniversary super special by upgrading to the honeymoon suite and also providing complimentary snacks and drinks by the rooftop pool. We had a wonderful evening. Thank you so much to all the staff for making it really special!
