the property was spacious and very close to Matakana

The place was pretty grubby, dirty kitchen, sort of clean bathrooms, marked sofas and no helpful instructions about using the heat pump, TV or what to do with rubbish, won't return and don't recommend

the layout was great

no soap in showers and pathetic towels , you would think for the $$$ per night the towels would be nicer and at least have soap

House was nice, central matakana location, smooth check in

Everything about the home was lovely.Beds were sooooo comfortable and linen was crisp and clean.Loved all the cushions and pillows. Loved the whole indoor outdoor flow ...very social . We would all stay there again. And highly recommend the home to our friends and families. The kitchen and was so fabulous to use ..

Pitty the dishwasher hadn't been emptied from the last quests. There were no little bins in the bathrooms or toilet. We were 4 ladies ..and if it was that time of the month ... there was no were to put anything . . Which concerns me that the next option would be flush in all into the ceptic . Which we all know is NOT COCHER .
