Getting there was a bit tricky. Roads were rough and filled with potholes. We elected to rent a minivan and was fairly inexpensive for the week. We were quite surprised with the spaciousness of the unit and outdoor patio. The bbq and paddle boards were a treat. We stocked up at Costco and prepared our own meals. Locals harvest oysters right outside on the beach and they sell them for cheap. Can't get any fresher than that!! We did eat out a few times but got travelers diarrhea towards the end of our stay which is common so come prepare. But not to worries if you didn't, pharmacy just a few blocks away and a local market that carries everything you need. Will definitely book again!

We had a good time at punta mita.. we recommend this unit for any kind of trip.. very spacious.. we enjoy our lady’s.. Aurora and Cristina they made our stay very enjoyable ❤️

This condo was ideal for our group of 40 somethings/50 somethings to just hang out and enjoy. The condo opens right to the pool and the beach beyond. Easy walk or golf cart to the town. The food in town was incredible. Other local towns are a quick car ride.

This condo is very beautiful. Decorated so beautifully and all the furniture is very comfortable. It’s on ground level so you can walk right out to the pool and beach. The fitness center is right next door which is nice, too. It’s a quiet building and there were hardly any other people there. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The bathtub in the master bath didn’t work at all. There was no running water to it. The oven is maybe just a warming oven- we had it on for 30 mins and it never got hot so we wasted some food that we bought to cook in the oven. The concierge came to check out both items but couldn’t fix them. The floors are beautiful but very slick and there are few rugs and my daughter fell after getting out of the shower. If you have kids here be very careful with walking with wet feet! The area the condo building in is not very developed and very run down. We felt safe with the security and everything there but don’t be surprised that right outside the building is kinda junky. All in all a relaxing week and the condo worked well for our family.

This luxury property is well-maintained and ideally situated at the quiet end of the surf beach, just a short walk to town. Situated at pool level, access to the beach is just steps away. From the master suite, guest suite, main living area and patio by the pool, the views of the surf and sunset are amazing! The property comfortably accommodated our group of 10 adults. The Concierge At The Bay Team helped us to plan activities and optimize the experience. In particular, Enedina helped with planning in advance, including food, catered meals, transportation, activities and on-site Covid testing. Abraham was our on-site ambassador, ensuring that everything went smoothly and we made the most of our vacation.

5 star condo. It has everything you want for a great vacation. Highly recommend staying here. Concierge was very helpful to work with. They helped us plan excursions, transportation, chefs, groceries.

Great location on the beach and loved being on the 1st floor to walk out to the pool and beach. Breakfast that was served every day was amazing! Alan was an incredible host taking good care of us for all of our adventures. this is definitely a must do and loved being right in the village with the local vibe.

The location of this property is perfect. The house is beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer. You walk right out to a huge patio & pool. Then the beach is right there. Perfect for our 2 families. Alan, Cristina and Auroa took excellent care of us and all of our questions and requests. We rented 2 golf carts to get downtown- you can walk to shops,market and restaurants but we had a fee kids so they worked out great. The house is clean and Aurora came daily, Cristina made the most delicious eggs, pancakes and French toast. Alan checked on us daily and welcomed us to the house and area. Such and amazing and relaxing experience. All of the people we met in the area were so nice and helpful. We even saw whales from the pool area. Their are people at the pool to help with chairs, floats and they even rake the beach.

What a beautiful property! The location on the beach is ideal! Close enough to town for a quick golf cart ride. Being on the first floor really makes it convenient for hanging by the pool and beach! Beds we’re comfortable. Maid came daily and we had breakfast cooked for us 2x. I would recommend getting groceries at Costco on the way. The store in town seems overpriced. We will come again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Emilianos ground floor corner villa is very nice, spacious, and nicely laid out. WE throughly enjoyed our time here. His concierge and help staff were great too. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property, the pictures dont do it justice. Literally steps to the well maintained pool and outdoor areas. Clean, well taken care of. Would definitely come back to this property.

Arrived at the property, condo is beautiful and declined to stay. The property description stated the property is located on sandy beach, beach was all rocks and gate to beach was not secured access giving access to nonresidents. The condo unit has direct access to pool area and about 100’ from the unsecured beach access, unfortunately the condo sliding glass doors can’t be locked from the exterior. The surrounding area was comprised of metal shed type housing with debris and barbed wire fencing, security and not having a sandy beach were concerning given we were vacation with young children.

I believe this is the best place to stay in Punta Mita. Great staff, great pool, and great views! We had a run in with Montezuma so watch out for the water/ice/salads in town!

We had a great week celebrating our 35th anniversary with our children and family. Great location and the condo was incredible, service was amazing. We loved it!

Its the best unit in the building. location and access to pool and beech and ideal. Even with our kids it was nice and quiet. the condo is huge and plenty of places to hang out. everything is very comfortable and very nice. the help is very kind. Rent a golf cart before you arrive because the town doesn't have many.

JUST STAY HERE!! Great location at the end of my favorite stretch of sand in the world. Swimmable beach right out front with no rocks at all unlike areas closer to the jetty. We stayed with 7 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of space to spread out. Beds all comfortable. Used the grill outside a ton. The staff was five star all the way from Pedro and Daniella with Concierge on the Bay, to Rosa who set up breakfast each morning, and Aurora with housekeeping making the place new everyday. The continental breakfast was basic, but Rosa would offer to make us gourmet Mexican breakfast with our own ingredients and turned out AMAZING!! Property felt incredibly safe, with full time staff in the lobby watching many cameras 24 hours a day. Any time we needed anything, concierge was available IMMEDIATELY by text. Only a few minor hiccups... The listing said the unit came with a sea kayak, and 2 paddle boards. None of that was anywhere to be found, but one text to Daniella, and the SUP's showed up the next day. Lastly, and this is a big one, the grocery delivery was an excellent service, but it should be advertised that they only give an 18/1 exchange MXN/USD. With a large order (over $12,000 pesos), and a few things bought at the local market instead of all from the Mega, we ended up overpaying by about $175 USD. Had I known the exchange to be $3 pesos short, I would've brought enough to cover in MXN. This needs to be expressed to customers as they only accept cash. We also took advantage of Juliano's Dining for a welcome taco bar with margaritas and they were five star all the way. We did Hector's Catering for dinner one night, and also top notch and highly recommended. We have stayed at the Four Seasons in the gates, and the service associated with this property is equally on par with them.

Excelente lugar para vacacionar, el departamento está increíble, la limpieza y todo esta excelente, todo el personal desde la persona que te recibe en la puerta hasta los guardias de la alberca excelente todos muy profesionales VIP todo , la verdad de todos los lugares donde hemos estado no hay punto de comparación, lo recomiendo al cien.

El departamento es bellísimo tiene espacios grandes y cómodos pero el detalle es que lo que ofrecían en su pagina fueron todas mentiras,los servicios de chef el cual venían incluido en la renta jamás lo cumplieron y terminamos comiendo en restaurantes habiendo pagado ese servicio cosa que resportamos inmediatamente y jamas lo cumplieron,mandando una mujer por las mañanas solo para preparar fruta,repártanos Casi todos los días y nos contestaban que si queríamos el servicio debíamos pagar nuevamente por el,estuvimos 11 días de los cuales el penúltimo día nos hablaron para desocupar el lugar,al parecer no tenían idea de nuestros días de estancia ahí,excelente lugar desagradable servicio NO recomendable

Great place for vacation!

Absolute perfection, from the minute you walk in till the moment you don’t want to, but have to leave. The chef Pamela is so talented and a treasure; you will miss her the second you leave. The experience is not to be missed.

The condo looks brand new with amazing designer taste and had everything we needed for our family vacation. Staff was great! They made sure we had an amazing time! We would definitely come back!

The staff was great. Pamela is an amazing cook! Rosi kept the place spotless. Luiz took care of all of our needs. Our whole family wants to come back for sure. We had an absolutely magical time!

We stayed here 4 nights for a guy's surfing getaway. The pictures don't really do the condo justice - it looks even better in person. Furniture and artwork is all local and brand new. The place is completely stocked with everything you need for entertaining and cooking. We didn't really need the cookware as the chef provided as part of the reservation was the real star of the trip. She made pretty authentic Mexican cuisine for two meals a day and it was delicious. As hard as we tried, we could never finish the massive portions she made. Luis, the concierge, had the place fully stocked before our arrival and took care of all our reservations for golf carts, fishing and restaurant reservations. It was all first class. Kerry is a gracious host and very plugged into the local scene in Punta Mita if you need any advice on where to go or what to do. Location is great for surfing, there are 4 breaks within a 10 minute boat ride and a decent longboard wave just a few hundred meters from the condo down the beach. We will definitely return.
