Delightful staff

Very friendly staff

I was on second floor. The people over me on the third floor were loud and heavy walkers. Especially bad early in the morning before I wanted to wake up.

This was such a perfect stay for our family and moving our daughter to MSU. The staff was accommodating and the ax were large enough for our family of 5 and all my daughter’s college move in items!

Bar and restaurant options within hotel were not impressive. Limited availability and very limited options

We did not eat at this location but we were within walking distance of many places we went. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and very upscale! We felt pampered😊

My husband said the only problem he had was the pillows weren't firm enough but that to me is ainor issue.

It was all good.

The location was very convenient to activities and restaurants. The rooms were new construction with very large showers, clean room, hide-a-bed, and great views of downtown! There is even a Meijers Market next door if you need traveling supplies or food.

The hotel does not supply breakfast, there isn’t a pool, and the parking is hard to figure out. However, there is not a lack of parking spaces available.

There was no hot water one night, so we got a 20 dollar coupon for the overpriced breakfasts. No big deal. We had to request coffee capsules for room. Had to scrounge around for 2 teabags. A woman (another guest?) used her key-card and entered our room by accident?)
