The apartment was great, spacious, clean, and centrally located. Serena, the landlord, communicated with us prior to arrival, gave good instructions for using the water bus, and met us at the pier. She warmly welcomed us, showed us to the property, and gave us highlights and suggestions for the area. Great property! Thank you Serena!

The apartment's location was perfect. Really great space for a short stay. It was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Serena was available for all pre-check in questions and super friendly. She was not available to greet us, but her assistant was nice and helped us find a local pharmacy. We stayed in December, and the overhead heaters were powerful and kept us warm. There was a washer, but no dryer. There was a heated towel rack in the bathrooms that you could use to dry clothes. The TV was not a smart TV and had very few English speaking channels. We are a family that likes to unwind in the evenings with some TV/movies. We used our laptop instead which was fine for our short trip. The two bathrooms were nice, but the showers were not that strong. I would recommend the place for a short visit, but we would miss the amenities for anything longer. I do want to stress how perfect the location was. It was lovely to look out the small balcony and see the shops and people down below. In December, the city was absolutely beautiful with all the lights and tasteful decorations.

The apartment was located right in the middle of everything. It was perfect for the four of us.

This apartment was even larger and nicer than the photos indicate. Selena was a wonderful host, meeting us at the water taxi and walking us through the crazy streets of Venice to her beautiful apartment. We only wish we had stayed longer!

Wonderful place to stay in Venice!

Serena was terrific. She met us at the water taxi and walked us to the apartment and explained everything to us. The apartment was perfect in every way and location was right in the heart of San Marco. We highly recommend it!

Really enjoyed our Venice stay. Serena met us at the Alilaguna stop as planned and took us directly to the apartment. Communication was excellent with contact before our arrival and explanations and directions after our meeting. The apartment is very cozy and clean and had everything we needed to make our stay complete. Extremely modern and well-appointed. We would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this property to anybody looking for a location convenient to San Marco and the Accademia neighborhoods. We were two retired adult couples on holiday and we enjoyed our brief stay immensely. Thank you again, Serena!

Serena was very friendly and welcoming. The Apartment can accommodate 6 people comfortably. Perfect location.

We enjoyed our flat tremendously. Serena was pleasant and easy to work with. She showed us the apartment and also gave us a map marked with helpful suggestions. Our only issue was that we were expected to take the trash and recyclables to one of two gondola stops between the hours of 6:30am-8:30am. Being unfamiliar with the city and unable to converse in Italian, we could not locate either drop point. We gathered our teach and recycling and left them in the kitchen. One small problem for my family was that although towels and linen are provided, there were no wash cloths which made showering a bit difficult. We would stay here again, however.

This apartment is very comfortable and spacious as shown in the photos. Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids ages 12 and 15) absolutely loved having 2 bathrooms, warm heat at the end of the day, and the ability to walk quickly to both San Marco and Rialto. In fact, this apartment is so well located that it was easy for us to make a quick stop during the day between activities. The meet-up with Sara to find the apartment went like clockwork. She provided us with a good map of Venice which was critical for our trip as we walked everywhere! The apartment is very well equipped; we found everything we needed for our stay; we used the kitchen a little bit and appreciated having the coffee maker, dishes for breakfast, etc. The only concern is the noise; there is a street noise in the living room and double bedroom; and we were kept up by noise from the apartment above us until 3am+ one night. I expect that was unusual because we were there over the holidays. I would highly recommend this apartment for the location and comforts, as long as you are used to city living with street noise, and/or bring some earplugs.

Chic, clean, convenient. We were two couples who had never been to Venice and loved our stay, largely due to the location and comfort of Serena’s apartment. We stayed three nights and only regret it was not longer. One recommendation— pack light so the bridges are not challenging with luggage. Brava!

I traveled to Venice with my wife and two kids, 12 and 9, from New Orleans. The apartment was great! Very spacious, comfortable beds and great location. Sara met us when we arrived and gave us the lay of the land. Serena was great! The airlines lost my luggage and Serena helped me out as being the local contact. Thank goodness for Serena! She helped out tremendously and it would have been a nightmare without a local contact. For a family of four, this was a great place for us. I would recommend it!

Great apartment very centrally located. Serena was very informative and made our stay a success. Everything was as described. Having two bathrooms for a group of four is great and there are stairs to navigate, but it should not be an obstacle.

Everything about the apartment is fantastic. Its large rooms, perfectly decorate - plus 2 full bathrooms and kitchen made it perfect for us. The location was amazing- close to everything yet quite at night.

He apartment was very nice for a family and the location was perfect just a few steps from the San Marcos Plaza. Would recommend to friends and would stay there again.
