The veranda is covered, has a dining table and a phantastic view over the pool, the play ground under the olive trees and the vineyard.Furthermore, on the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms (with double beds), each with its own bathroom. In the attic there is a comfortable internal balcony facing the living room, with a desk for your computer and a comfortable sofa (which can turn into a single bed) with a coffee table. From there you can enjoy the view of the pool, the vineyard, and the surrounding hills with the traditional churches on their peaks. In the attic there is the third bedroom with twin beds and its own large bathroom.Fast WiFi access available throughout the property.

Outdoor area:The villa has its own independent, magnificent large 72sqm swimming pool with open-air hydro-massage. Next to the pool a large modern roofed BBQ is found, with dining tables for 8 persons. The terrace around the pool, ideal for events, is 130sqm.The tennis court with lighting, thus permitting playing at night, awaits you to enjoy endless hours of carefree play.
