It was clean the first day but after that no one came to clean my room.

They charge over for everything, for every 1L water bottle of Rs 20/- they have taken Rs. 30 /- , which is wrong. No one can charge you more than the MRP.

Excellent hotel. We had Very comfortable stay. The Rooms were nice and clean . Staff were very courteous. The Food also very good . Starters very good . Overall excellent . Highly recommended if you visit Kolkata.

It turned out a memorable day. Great hospitality, amazing hotel, Positive ambiance, Nicely clean and spacious rooms. The manager and all the staff members and the Head chef all were so cooperative. Thanks a lot to all the team.

Service and food was delicious in ajay. Supriya and Swati provided an awesome service. Right from starters to desert everything was amazing and delicious. Would love to come here again for the dinner and lunch.

- Excellent property. - Clean / Managed well / Beautifully done up. - Good check in experience / cooperative front office team. - Very efficient staff at their buffet restaurant Pyramisa especially Ms Jennifer. - On the contrary extremely rude and absolutely not interested team of staff at their inhouse brewery (1 brew house) especially Mr Pradeep but the rest were no different.

We stayed here for first time. The hotel is comfortable. Room size is large, larger than superior rooms of many star hotels. Rooms has one double bed, double seating with teapoy. Bathroom is good. Furnishing is standard and ample, bed is modern and comfortable. Tea sachets and kettle are provided. Service was top notch , polite, fast and efficient. Restaurant was another feather, good ambience, polite & mannered service and very tasty food, we had authentic dishes. Overall a very nice stay.
