The apartment was clean and very nice. The gated community felt safe. Around the apartment complex, a lot of good restaurants and a Super Walmart 0.8 miles away. Very nice!!

When I got to the property and went into the main office, the office management, though very professional and kind to me, seems apprehensive about the apartment rental arrangement. Initially the representative asked for my rental information and said they would try to help me and that sub-renting the apartments was “a thing now” but it wasn’t permitted. They told me they would allow me to do stay in this apartment since I’d already paid the host up front. They investigated further, checked out the room and came back to tell me it was safe and that this particular host DID have and arrangement and was permitted to rent it out. This apartment was 1 of 4 apartments, upstairs, all being used as vacation spots. Like myself, I saw other travel nurses using the same arrangement. You have to be in the gated community by 9:00 pm or you will need a gate code to get back in. Be sure to ask the host (you will receive a property manager’s number and thru that number, you find out where you room is, how to access the key, etc) to give you the code for your apartment.
