Every day was so easy. Train close, car rental, mall. Would definitely stay again

A nice warm welcome by the staff along with a cookie as a welcome gift! While the bedroom was super small it was the most comfortable bed and pillows we had in Japan . The towels were also super soft and fluffy ! The breakfast was really nice. Staff were super helpful with booking cabs if needed (however I would say getting your own cab is a lot cheaper as the one we had booked by the hotel was double the price of one I hailed in the street )

Bedrooms are very small - although was aware of this from the listing as it clearly states the room sizes just wasn’t prepared for actually living in one that small with 2 cases and people to manoeuvre so just be prepared for little space and be really organised in what you want to unpack !

Great hotel with nice clean rooms . Good size compared to others we’ve had in central Tokyo. Excellent location . Good breakfast available in the morning and delicious pizza in the evening. Nice bar on the ground floor .

Room is too small..one side of the bed is stuck on the wall ..so it's hard for me to get out from the bed..no electricity behind the kettle..no coffe or tea provided..no hanger in the bathroom..carpet is too old so it looks dirty please chane with vinyl or wood...no bell boy to help taking care our luggage..please mention for what i said and fix it so that we can say your hotel is worth to stay

Very small - smaller than anticipated even though we knew it would be small. Frosted window so could not see outside and window didn’t open- meant relaxing jn the room wasn’t really a possibility as felt trapped.

Location was good, walking distance to Shibuya crossing, shops, restaurants, trains and indoor food courts. Hotel/room was what you expect from a Japan hotel, very small room however had what you needed. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Self check in/out however staff was there to assist. They held your luggage if you could not check in yet as well as check out. Cute restaurant downstairs lobby area. Would recommend.

Rooms were a bit smaller than other Japanese hotels for $$. We had a two twin "superior" room rate and we could not open our luggage unless we put them on the bed. No dresser/storage drawers or bin and kept clothes in luggage. View was OK but I guess you need to pay more $$ for that, so curtains closed ;). There was construction going on during the day hours across the building and could hear the hammering most hours if you decided to sleep in late.

It's a fantastic location, such a short walk to the hustle and bustle of the Shibuya Crossing. Good facilities available with a pizza restaurant on 1F so you can easily get food at the hotel if needed. We didn't have pizza but enjoyed the breakfast at the restaurant the following day. You're definitely paying for the location but we thought it was a great spot for one night.

Room is quite small, photos on booking.com do reflect this, but I wouldn't recommend staying with much luggage as it takes up all the floor space. There is a spot under the bed to store your suitcase but as we were only staying one night, we found that more of a pain to pull in and out multiple times.

Location

Lack of a lobby, very few amenities, no storage space. In 6 nights the bed was only done twice, there was no coffee in the room, only two tea bags that were not restocked during the stay, nor the mug used cleaned. The hotel overall lacks human warmth, the entrance is just a hallway and all interactions with the staff were very cold.

Disappointing elevator up to lobby. No proper entrance doors. Not very welcoming. Bar overpriced. Room a bit on the small side for price.

The location is superb! It is near (walkable distance) to the shopping area and train station.

The layout of the room - there isn’t much storage to put our stuff. The kettle was on the bottom shelve of the TV feature wall and there isn’t a plug to boil the water. We had to shift things around to make it more functional for us.

Excelente ubicación justo en el corazón de Shibuya a tan solo 2 o 3 cuadras del Shibuya crossing, recomiendo este hotel para quedarse una o dos noches en Tokio ya que la ubicación es excelente, ideal para hospedarse despues de un largo viaje y no sufrir tanto es buscar el hotel ya que en mi caso al tomar el Narita express me dejó exactamente en la estación de Shibuya. Las habitaciones son muy limpias y las camas son cómodas, el baño tiene todos los amenities necesarios como secador de pelo, shampoo, acondicionador y más. El personal habla inglés y te trata de ayudar dentro de sus posibilidades

Como es bien sabido las habitaciones en tokio suelen ser muy pequeñas y este hotel no es la excepción ya que las habitaciones son super pequeñas, yo hice un solo trip por lo cual la habitación con cama matrimonial me pareció ok pero si van dos personas el espacio lo consideraría incomodo.

The room was small

The bed was comfortable and great location in walking distance to train station and the iconic Shibuya Crossing. Coffee was amazing downstairs along with brewery (some of the best beer we have ever experienced).

Rooms were extremely small for the price we paid as a family of 4. The rooms had very little storage, so we had to unpack what we could and leave our bags and suitcases stored downstairs until our departure. We were also disappointed that our beds weren't made daily, only towels were replenished. The photos and what was included was a little misleading also (e.g. the toiletry bas in the photos had to be purchased at reception and a room overlooking Shibuya Crossing can only be seen from a distance). We would not recommend families stay here, rather singles or couples.

The location was amazing. This is why i booked the hotel and was happy I did.

Rooms are TINY. It really was fine for me alone and I would stay again...alone. But two people cannot exist there.

Location was fabulous & made exploring are the different areas of Tokyo super easy. The elevator was quick and access to laundry, filtered water and ice machine was perfect. Added bonus of a lovely pizza place with Japanese artisinal cheeses was so yummy.

Initially, I had to get over the North American shock of such a small space, but it was very thoughtfully designed and encapsulated the essence of Japanese minimalism.
