We had a good stay. House was clean and the hosts responded quickly to any problems we had.

The house was at perfect spot. Shopping, entertainment, all in a close range. Great choice for family vacation or work in Oklahoma City area.

We didnt even stay... I was supposed to be traveling with my brother and his family but they ended up not being able to go. So, it was just me and my 12 year old. As i drove to the location, in my mind i was thinking 'i hope this gets better'. A block and a half away from the property is a gas station with meth heads and dealers. There are people tweaking out in the middle of the street, using the bathroom on the sidewalk, etc. Had i known it was in the part of town that had this stuff going on, i never would've booked it. We felt unsafe, so we called my sister and stayed on her couch. With the fees, it was over $400....and we didn't even stay. I sent an email saying that we didn't stay and they didn't offer a refund or even a cleaning fee refund. Apparently the owners live near, so they know the neighborhood. I'm sure they weren't surprised. The house has been updated and the cleaning crew does a good job.... but it didn't matter. We didn't feel safe.

I feel like I should let other renters know of my experience renting this location - The check-in was at 4pm. We arrived at 430pm and discovered there were no clean towels, they were still in the washing machine. We loaded the towels in the dryer, but given the age of the machine, it took 3 loads to dry everything. There was less than one full roll of toilet paper between the two bathrooms. We had to buy more at the closest convenience store. There was an abundance of trash left in the driveway. The trash cans were full and trash bags were left on the ground. This wouldn't normally bother me except when trying to load the car in the morning, there were a couple of stray dogs rummaging through the trash. When I stepped outside the dogs approached me and I did not feel comfortable engaging them. We all remained inside the house until the dogs moved on. These were challenges I typically do not experience with VRBO properties. I was able to successfully message the owner through the VRBO app. They responded quickly, but our experience was certainly affected by these circumstances. I'd also like to add I would not recommend this property for families with children, given my experience and the neighborhood that the house is in. Lastly, and this does not affect my review, but my son left a beloved stuffed animal at the property. The owner said he would investigate and follow up but I have not heard back. I am considering it lost at this time. I understand leaving something at the property is not the fault of the owner, and is on me. However, I was hoping it could be retrieved and returned.

We stayed here during an event at fairgrounds n it was so easy. Clean home n backyard for our dogs.

This location was great for our 4 generation visit. Both pairs of bedrooms are separated by a bathroom that is accessed via a hallway. Large room for visiting, dining table easily seats 8. Very clean. Property manager was very responsive to my questions. Easy check-in and check-out.

My granddaughter was play in the state basketball tournament. The check in was a breeze. The beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was the cleaning staff overlooked restocking the toilet paper. I contacted the owner and he responded very promptly. The living room furniture could have been more comfortable. Overall I give this home a 4.

The house was very beautiful inside and out. As soon as my friends and I walked in all we could talk about was how amazing the newly remodeled modern look was. The property owners were very professional and helped a lot when I forgot the code to enter the home. They also made sure to check up on everything after we got settled in and made sure we felt at home. By far the best experience Ive had staying out of town.

We came for the horse sale at the Fairgrounds & overall this property met our needs. The owner was communicative & responded when we needed something. The house had cold floors & it seemed the thermostat was set to 69 degrees even after adjusting it, it always went back down . The last day it stayed at the temp what we set it at so we aren’t sure why. I was glad for the washer & dryer to do my laundry!

The house is adorable and much bigger than what it appears to be from the pictures or looking at it from the outside. Check in/checkout and any other Communication was a breeze. The house is only a few minutes from the fairgrounds, which was nice for us. We greatly appreciated the extra little touches that they leave for guests. Those meant a lot. We’ll definitely keep this house in mind for when we are back in town next year. Just for reference for future guests, the driveway is pretty narrow :) so if you drive anything bigger than an F250 you may have trouble getting in the driveway. Our truck fit, but it was tight. We were a little skeptical of the area when we were driving to the house but we had no issues, it looks like quite a few of the houses around there are being remodeled. The neighborhood is very quiet. Overall We were very happy with our stay and like I said, we’ll definitely check to see if it’s available next January when we are back in town.

The house was very nice! All the amenities were exactly how they were described- the neighborhood was not as nice as the house, but the area was super close to everything. Would definitely stay again!

The house was very clean inside and nice xtras . Coffee , shampoo, laundry, sound machines, diffusers, games, toys .. so close to bricktown , stockyards, penn mall .. great communication with owners .. would stay again

6 of us stayed at this house half way through a 22 hour drive. It was fantastic. Plenty of rooms and beds, easy to get in, easy to check out.

The house was in a great location, very clean, and plenty of room for our group of six. We will definitely be staying here again. We absolutely loved it!

We were in town for a concert in Bricktown. This older home has been beautifully updated and was comfortable and spacious. Great location, close to many attractions and restaurants. The host's communication was great, and the only check-out instruction was to "lock the door" - nice!

4 bedrooms, 6 beds, worked out well for our group of 7. Large living room was great for everyone to gather. Home is clean and well equipped. We will go back when in OKC. Thanks!

Quaint, older neighborhood. Easy access from the interstate. The house itself has been beautifully restored, nicely furnished, and has a very family friendly floor plan. Comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, plenty of space for our party of six. Could have easily added a few more to our group and not felt cramped. Even though we got in late, our hosts were quick to respond to our email questions and were extremely helpful. We would absolutely book this property again! On a side note: We booked another property with this host on our return trip and were equally impressed! We highly recommend them if you're traveling through OKC.

Our family stayed here for a few days while celebrating our son-in-law's graduation from Fort Sill. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. There was even a bags/Cornhole set in the fenced in backyard to occupy the kids in some downtime. Perfect for our needs!

We were in town for a show and this worked perfect. The house was very clean with a surprising number of rooms for the size of house. Having two bathrooms was a big plus too. The checkout was very simple - no extra steps (like taking out trash, washing dishes, or loading towels into washing machine - which we’ve had to do at other places.) We’ll totally stay here again next time we come to town!

The house was comfortable and well-appointed. Location was central to a lot of activities.

We enjoyed our stay with family for my niece's wedding weekend in OKC. The updated house was comfortable, clean and worked well for our group. We hosted a bridal shower for my niece and the large kitchen area and living room provided a great space to gather. Joe was quick to respond to any question we had. Thank you for a great stay!

We came to OKC for a concert and the location and accommodations were great! Owner was prompt in communication and the house had everything we needed.
