We traveled to the Pigeon Forge area for the first time with a family of nine. We couldn't be more happy with this cabin as it had all the amenities plus some. With a party of nine there was plenty of room no matter what the days activities were. From cook outs to hanging out, this cabin provided everything you needed. The bedrooms are large and roomy and the four bunkbeds were a hit with the little ones. Kitchen is fully furnished and plenty of room for everyone. All of the gaming machines worked perfectly and were a hit for all ages. When there was an evening of rain and we decided to stay in, the theater room was the perfect place to hang out. The biggest hit and place to use up all that energy the kids had was the indoor private swimming pool! Much bigger than the photos show and a very pleasant surprise. Throw in the sauna and hot tub on the deck and you're set for whatever the weather brings. There are more decks on this house than I've ever seen and provides perfect settings for that morning coffee or evening drinks. Although it's a bit off the beaten path, the destination is worth it. The owner was fantastic at communicating and took care of any questions or needs (minimal) that we had. We would definitely stay at this cabin again!

We booked this house after reading all of the reviews and doing research for our family trip (2 grandparents, 2 parents, 6 teenagers). For the positives, we loved the bedroom set up for our group, the pool and hot tub were a plus for everyone, the big table to eat meals together, and easy check in/check out. We were surprised to see so many things that needed repair when the listing says renovated. I am hopeful that they will get a handyman over there to get these things fixed up for the next renters (we have given them a list). If they do, this house would be amazing.

We enjoyed our stay. Our family had fun. We got some awesome views of deer in the backyard. We will stay again.

Very nice location to stay for friends and family. There was something to do for every age range at the property. The kids loved the pool and game room. The adults enjoyed the theater and the living room area. It also features a nice full size kitchen with all the pots, pans, cups, glasses, and utensils. As well as several appliances. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others.

The cabin was exactly what the listing said it would be. The property manager was communicative before and during our stay. We absolutely loved our stay.

House was amazing! The kids loved it! Douglas Lake is beautiful! Definitely recommend this home, especially for a large family/group.

We had a fantastic first time in the mountains! This house was awesome!!!

First off the house is beautiful, clean, comfortable in a quiet , peaceful area! The cleaning people were still there when we arrived & they were very nice people & did a great job at cleaning. However it was a tad irritating that check in was at 4..we got there right at 4 and couldn't get in right away as they were not done & we had to sit and wait...we had two very anxious kids who had been stuck in the car for hours already! Then we received a message from the property mngr that the hot tub is not working that someone would be out the next day to fix it....we were only there for 2 night stay so this was a bit irritating as well...I'm not sure why it was not taken care of before our arrival...so the next day comes we are gone all day...we get back & hot tub still isn't working...no one fixed it...I had no messages either...so I reach out & am told they could not fix it. We only had two nights for this vacation...I had 100% full intentions of getting in that hot tub. Both nights...now I didn't get to even one night! So frustrating, every house in TN has a hot tub, I could have booked at a different house had I known! Lastly after letting the propery mngr know I was upset about the hot tub issue , they stated they would speak to the owner about a possible credit or something because of the issue...then it was never brought up again. I had a missed call from them one time, I called back no answer, I left a text stating I was returning call...no reply! I keep trying to contact because i thought maybe they was going to talk to me about a credit..so then i message on the Vrbo messages and their response is..basically can I help you with something? I explain I'm trying to find out why they had called me initially and they say "ok will call tomorrow " and you guessed it...no call! So to sum it up..nice house, clean, just make sure hot tub is working before you book and hope you don't have to deal with person running the property!

It was a dream for us honestly. We enjoyed every aspect of this house. Perfect for families with little ones.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Poolin in the smokies. The cabin was just as described and shown on the listing. Very quiet neighborhood in the mountains but only minutes drive to get to places to shop or eat and into Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The property was very well maintained and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and jacuzzis very much.

My husband and I stayed at this property and it was absolutely amazing. The cabin was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfy and they provided and abundance of extra bedding in each room. We have definitely found our new spot to stay when we visit the sevierville area.

This is a nice, well kept, spacious home. I would love to go back again! The look on my kids’ faces when they saw the pool was priceless.

Our family and friends had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It rained a little during our trip and the cabin had everything we needed to hang out and enjoy some down time. The pool was great. The theater room and games were so fun. Something for everyone! Can’t wait to stay here again!

We had an excellent stay! Simona was very responsive to any questions we had. There were so many fun things to do right in the house between the private pool, the arcade games, and the theater room, we didn't want to leave! Lovely property with lovely, relaxing views!

Absolutely lovely rental! My family and friends stayed in this property for two nights and loved it! It was super clean and looked just like the pictures. Not too far from town and only about a 20 minute drive from the outlets! The property manager was amazing and super quick to respond to any questions. Overall fantastic trip, would highly recommend!

The host was in contact prior to check in to make sure that our arrival was smooth. The check in process was very easy. The cabin was very clean with comfortable beds. There was plenty to do. Gaming stations as well as board games were left. The pool, sauna, and hot tub were all very nice. There was a sitting area on the upper porch. I would definitely recommend drinking a cup of coffee and watching the sunrise. The theatre room has very comfy seats and the sound was great. The kitchen was stocked with any items you would need to cook or bake. The host does give a warning that the toiletries inside are only enough to get you through until you can make a store run so don't forget garbage bags and toilet paper. That was something we didn't think of. I highly recommend this cabin, you won't be disappointed!

Will stay again. Property great for large families or multiple families, kids won't get bored.

This cabin was simply amazing. It had everything you could possibly need with no detail overlooked. There was so much for our family to do between the wonderful heated pool, hot tub and movie theater. The pinball machine was a hit with the kids. The beds were extremely comfortable and the place was immaculate. We will definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful 85 birthday fir my mother in law and the cabin had something for everyone

The cabin was very roomy, nice furniture and comfortable beds.. pretty clean.. but the reason we paid the extra to rent this cabin over others was for the heated pool.. my kids were so looking forward to getting to swim all week but upon arrival the pool was ice cold..i messaged the property manager (who is not the easiest to get ahold of) and finally she sent someone out on Tuesday to look at it they didn't come back until Wednesday to try to fix it. The heater worked for 3-4hrs then messed up again. I call her back she said she's sending someone and was also going to have cakes and cupcakes delivered to make up for the aggravation. The pool guy never came back and the cakes and cup cakes never came either. Ive been asking for some sort of refund for 3 weeks now and they offered to give me $100 which honestly is no where near fair. I haven't been able to get into contact with the owners at all and the property manager is terrible at communicating..i would not recommend this cabin to anyone just from the lack of communication and all the pool aggravation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The instructions given prior to check-in made things go smoothly the day of arrival. The cabin was clean and had all the amenities as listed. The site manager stayed in contact with us throughout out stay, making sure we didn't need anything. Overall, a great location with awesome views. You have everything you need right there. We will definitely return.

This cabin was just perfect for me and my family. It had everything provided my kids enjoyed the indoor pool after long day out. It also had high chair and play pen for my baby to sleep while their.. very clean and organized.. the area was very quiet and short drive to everything…the balcony view of sunrise and sunset was stunning.. it’s just relaxing overall I give this cabin 5 Stars..
