The rooms are clean, big and has a homely vibe to it.

Way too much mosquitoes. Please bring your own repellant or a some mosquito coil.

The apartment location is good. Apartment was built nicely with careful consideration.

The apartment was NOT maintained properly.. 1/ Aircon in the 1 BHK was noisy even after we complained nobody take any action.☹️ 2/ Too many mosquitoes ☹️ 3/ The sofas were NOT cleaned regularly hence the dust and dust mites affected my husband very much 🥲 we had to buy blankets to cover the sofas before we sit on them 😒 4/ Even the toilets were NOT washed clean. I had to buy the cleaning stuff and wash them. 5/ The curtains are not washed regularly…the dust were so thick on them.. Especially during COVID I don’t understand why these thing are not washed properly. 6/ The bathroom water tap were rusty 7/ The water heater was not working and after 2 days of complaint then it was fixed. The owner should get someone to clean the premises regularly and the managers should visit the location often rather than to leave everything to the security to handle along with the cleaning! The security can only do to a limit.

I liked the house it was too good and comfortable, i liked the location too

There are no shops near by my saviour was swiggyinstamart and dunzo.. There were only 2 or 3 kitchen utensils provided

Their security fraudulently retained our missed items. We went to the apartment immediately within half an hour after checkout to collect the items but the security and Manager put false and silly blame on us stating we took their blanket and towel. Only one bedroom has A/C which is difficult to stay with family during summer time. No vessel kept in kitchen, every singy time we need to go downstairs to collect it from security. Overall Worst response and experience.

Location and house was good with the facilities...

Heavy mosquitoes... We couldn't sleep, even in the daytime it's heavy.. Wifi coverage is less, it gets often disconnected due to low coverage..

It was jus a very good home away from home

The care taker was a really good person ever ready to help,

I feel like I am staying in the ditch.. Behind the building there is big ditch due to that smell is coming inside the room.. Apart from that room facility are good and living room also spacious.

My stay was totally awesome . Here we got the good service with the management team . If we request anything to the management they are responding so fast . My suggestion is can stay family happily.

Nothing disadvantages here . I enjoyed my stay .

The stay was pleasant and comfortable. staff was very co-operative. Totally more than expected and looking forward to stay again on my upcoming trips

nothing as such, but the reception could have been bit better, but as a new property its acceptable and we had no inconvenience in respect to the check in and check out.
