I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. However, I would have liked a comfortable in my room.

The hotel very fresh and clean and kept up very well or went through a recent remodel. Very nice for the price! I was expecting a $45 resort fee according to hotels.com, instead it was $50 plus another $25 for parking.... Other than that Donna at the desk gave me a voucher for free cocktail and a $15 food coupon. Very nice and close to Disney Springs, just watch the fine print with fees.

This was a very comfortable stay. Room was clean, nice beds. Staff were friendly and helpful. Upon arrival they gave me a voucher for a cocktail and a $15 voucher good towards meals. Very convenient to Disney Springs. Will stay here again.

Donna at the front desk was amazing. She did her best to redeem the hotel's mishaps. The issues were as follows: On Tuesday 3rd, there was no breakfast. The breakfast hall was closed at 715am, ahead of our very long day at Disney. We were left with no breakfast. The very next day, there was no buffet and instead we had to order from a menu with a limited budget ($20) provided by the hotel. This was unfair given breakfast was included within our stay and we were under the impression that we could eat anything we wanted under the original arrangement. Furthermore, when the bill for the breakfast was presented the prices were higher on the bill to that on the actual menu, meaning we got less value for what we thought we ordered! Otherwise Raymond at the restaurant was brilliant. Our rooms were not cleaned, until I raised this the second day. Donna was amazing, she arranged brithday balloons and cake for our 3 year old daughter which made her day. Donna was also very attentive. Without her I would have given the hotel a 1 star feedback.

Service was great. The room was clean, but the bathroom could have used a bit extra attention, other than that everything around was great. Ice matches were not running on some floors. And we did get our door knocked on very later at night, maybe 11 or 12ish asking if we needed room service even when the notice to not disturb was on the door. Donna was great at the front desk, quick service, very nice. Got sweet treats in our rooms and free drinks for our anniversary along with balloons and a very sweet letter. We will definitely be returning.

Check in was great. Donna explained and offered everything and even said "anything is not perfect just let me know and I will fix it". Don't get that too often. Great stay

Truly a wonderful stay! The staff was so kind and went above and beyond. Gisel at the front desk was great! The hotel itself is so beautiful and I loved the room. I had a view of Disney Springs and could see fireworks from my room! It was comfortable and overall will definitely be staying there again.

This was ALMOST a nice hotel. Very aesthetically pleasing. The bed was comfy and the rooms were clean, but some issues that were bizarre. Check in was easy. We got to the room. Went to get ice, and it was empty. Had to ride to the 12th floor from the 9th to access ice. The next morning went to get breakfast. $50 for an adult and a kid meal. Outrageous! And the elevator would not work! Stood there for 10 minutes waiting. Nothing. Called the front desk....the seemed less than concerned. I'm disables, and while I was ambulatory for this trip (no wheelchair) I can imagine some people can not walk 9 flights of stairs! The staff was friendly otherwise. Smiles and polite, but this place has some weird issues.

The hotel was immaculate, beautiful. The problem was that I booked with the understanding that there was a pool and a spa and neither was true. I was extremely disappointed and when I asked the staff, they were not apologetic at all. They simply said the hotel across the street was allowing their guests to use the pool. Well the hotel across the street was actually at least a 7 minute walk. I also booked with the intention of having a spa day because it was supposed to be a relaxing few days. I do not get to travel often, so sufficed to say I was really disappointed that neither the pool or spa was available. There should have been a disclaimer when booking the room.

Elevator was broken sadly. Mold in the shower and nail clippings in the bathroom floor.

Nothing exciting about this hotel.could have been cleaner. It did smell nice when you first walk into the Hotel. It has back doors that don’t even open. However, the hotel was under construction, the spa wasn’t open. I checked in on may 31st and checked out June 4th. I was over charged and it’s been a hassle to get a refund. The manager has had little to no communication with me.. the front desk staff has no access to the “new system” I’m beyond frustrated! I’ve never had an experience like this. I’d never stay here again nor would I recommend anyone to stay!

The staff was not helpful at all

Only two complaints are the AC shutting down with no movement and getting hot ( especially at night ) and restaurant / pool bar not serving food until later in the day but they did waive the resort fees for us. All in all 9/10 and would stay there again.

Easy to check in early, room was always clean when we returned, it was quiet, throughout the property. Enjoyed myself

Ive been to the hotel over 8 yeats ago, i love the new upgrades and cant wait to visit again when reno is complete. Staff were extremely friendly and bubbly - keep it up. Close to shopping and Disney Springs is within walking distance but it was too hot to walk

The hotel was being renovated, but there was no noise at all. The hotel staff was great. Everything smelled new.

B Resort was a great choice for our stay. Fully renewed, beautiful! Staff really nice and great location to access the parks. We just regret the restaurant was not open yet to enjoy a breakfast there.

It’s a hotel with sliding glass doors on the 10th floor with no balcony. Absolutely useless and dangerous with small kids . Only one elevator worked. The soundproof is horrible. Everyone kept shutting the door at night and I couldn’t sleep at all. I must have woke up at least 10 times through out the night

The overall hotel is nice and clean. Rooms are big a d comfortable with a modern look. The only issue i had was how bad of a water hammer issue they have in the bathrooms especially when you take a shower. Its so bad that the room shakes from the fluctuations in water pressures.

Enjoyed our stay. Complimentary round trip Disney World shuttle bus to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studio, except Typhoon Lagoon, is provided. Need to get the other elevator fixed so that the wait time for elevator can be significantly reduced especially during rush hours. Other than that, it’s a great hotel.
