We had an awesome stay at Embassy! Room was clean and well stocked, breakfast was amazing!!! Only complaint was it was pretty warm in our room with no way to turn the AC on as they use a central heating system. Front desk did send us up a box fan to put by the balcony door. Other than that, our stay was wonderful and would stay again!

The hotel is beautiful and the employees are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is incredibly delicious, especially in the omelette area. There is a lot of variety for breakfast.

Just want to clarify - Did have a small balcony but inaccessible due to having a secure rod blocking door track but was not advertised for a balcony..
Overall, my stay (2 nights) was wonderful. Staff was friendly. Very clean throughout. Huge variety for continental breakfast. Excellent water pressure for shower. Kids loved the pool. I enjoyed the hot tub. Would definitely stay again next time in the area.

Initially, when we checked in, we were assigned a room and went to try to open the door. The key cards weren’t working, so we went back downstairs to the front desk. They recalibrated the cards, and when we went back upstairs, the door did open. However, we found that the room was already occupied, with someone’s backpack on the sofa. This was very discouraging. Although the gentleman who checked us in was pleasant despite the mistake.
Overall, it was a good experience. We were able to use the shuttle to transfer to and from our terminal, which was very convenient. Breakfast was okay, though I wish there had been more options in the self-serve section. The snacks provided for all guests in the evening were a nice touch, along with the two complimentary drinks we received. Later, we decided to try the hotel restaurant, and to our surprise, it was amazing—the food was wonderful, and the service was great.

customer service is terrible. Got to the room it was 74 in there a/c doesn't work. got up to 76 in the middle of the night. told me they could bring up a fan. next day got up to 78 in the room. Nothing said about changing rooms.

I've stayed at hundreds of hotels and waa disappointed there was no readily available coffee station. An outdoor fire pit would have been amazing. Our last night for more than 2 hours, was spent listening to kids above us moving furniture and running around. Very disappointing considering what i paid to stay there so much we had to call the front desk to go upstairs amd tell them to quiet down. Otherwise, beautiful hotel and service was amazing.

Great experience overall. Big room, free made to order breakfast until 10am. Young man at front desk, (maybe Mike?) recommended an Italian restaurant that was great. Nice that it was close to airport with a morning departure too.

I called the hotel the day before my flight to see if they had an airport shuttle since it says they do on the website the lady told me no. As soon as my Uber pulled into the parking lot there was a shuttle at the hotel. Checking in was a joke the lady confirmed it was me and didn’t tell us where to go. My room was 1001 so it seemed like the first floor. After walking around the first floor with all our luggage we tried the 10th floor and that’s where are room was. If you fly make sure you know what you want to do because there is nothing at the hotel like the flyers. If you stay in your room your fine but if you need any help from the front desk there either playing with a ball or all talking and ignore you.

Took a 4 night family vacation. Everyone was friendly. Breakfast buffet was good and fresh. Beds were comfortable, Rooms were clean. Elevator malfunction once ( locked me in for 1 floor change) but seemed to work after. Maintenance was fast to fix problems. Will be staying here again.

Really nice hotel, clean and staff were polite and friendly. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean but could have used a little TLC shower head was cracked and the sink counter stained. But overall really nice stay

4 stars because the power was out from 715pm to 2am. In the morning, we had no hot water for showers. Even tho, this situation was weather related, it seems I could have been comped for more than a $12 parking fee. It would have been nice to have a phone msg from the desk with updates - we felt uninformed on the situation.

We love the location being right next to park and fly. When returning from trips we spend the night before making the 2 hour drive home. Its kind of like a vacation after the vacation. :) We enjoy Woollys.... Delicious food and Shannon is an awesome server.
Corner rooms are the best for watching planes land and take off. The laundry room is so nice and convenient. The complimentary breakfast is always delicious!

There is seemingly a bedroom, bathroom, living room and small but useful kitchen. I liked this hotels layout as well as complimentary breakfast. Did not like the no cash for the food as well as the overly absurd pricing on the snacks.

Staff is amazing! One of the best experiences ive had at a hotel. Breakfast is top notch. Atrium is spacious and welcoming. Definitely an establishment i would highly recommend!

Pros:
-Free parking. Shuttle to and from airport.
-3mins away from airport, mall of America and dining options.
-Comfortable bedding.
-Free breakfast (omelet station, toast, bagels, waffles, eggs, muffins, head browns, bacon, sausage, pancakes and more).
-Beautifully dining area (waterfalls, booth and table seating).
-Free drink tickets for adult guests.
-Most of the staff was very accommodating, patient, friendly and courteous.
Cons:
-Only one elevator in service by the time we ended our stay. One was down when we checked in.
-Children running up and down halls after 9pm. Children playing on elevators.
-Bathtub paint peeling in 1/2 rooms reserved.
-Crack in floor of 1/2 rooms reserved.
-No electric vent in bathroom to filter out steam.
-Staff stingy with the breakfast bacon.

I liked how easy it was to get to mall and airport. I liked the looks of the place and the breakfast. Didn’t use the pool for it was too busy. I didn’t like the fact that even being on the girth floor the noise from the atrium and the swimming pool was extre loud making it very hard to sleep. We had to be at airport at 2 am so was trying to get rest before hand. Also the sleeper sofa area was much colder than the bedroom area with little blankets to keep warm. Luckily we had a king so husband,daughter and I made it work in one bed! The bedroom thankfully was a little bit quieter then the sofa area but still was hard to sleep with all the noice that lasted till well after 10 pm. And for as much $ as it cost to stay parking really should be free but it was reasonable compared to other hotels I suppose
