Please, finish the reconstruction on the 1th floor or close the hotel.

Location near many restaurants, one in particular was the restaurant next to Hotel was walking distance. Breakfast served every morning was decent!

The floor we stayed on was under construction so a little dusty but other than that, the room was clean and spacious.

Was move to a different room than a booked no washcloth handle came of Faucet next to stairs so very noisy ask to have my room that I booked for the next day for person at desk was rude was told would call when room was ready no call did get new room when got back to hotel room dirty cable didn’t work and was charged a extra $80 because I charge room only back to what I had booked in the first place I guess they don’t want me to stay there anymore no problem

The breakfast was great, good variety before our flight

On our arrival back in MSP the shuttle back to pick up our car was not operating even though it was in within the hours of operation.

The complimentary breakfast was great, the hotel was clean and the room was decent for the price we paid.

The front desk staff was rude, the pool area was very cold. our room was not cleaned during our stay, the sheets didn’t fit the bed correctly so it was uncomfortable in the middle of the night when they came off.

Dirty rooms. Had to move to another room and then had to vacuum that one ourselves because staff were gone for the day.

Clean room with all expected facilities. Breakfast was fine with plenty of choice. No restaurant but a restaurant a few minutes walk away with very friendly staff and where we had a very good light meal and a beer

No tea available. There were a few bags of herbal tea but no breakfast tea as as a Brit coffee is not my morning choice

More space for clothing and walking Around the room. But it was very clean and everyone was nice.

Friendly staff, fast check in and clean location. Also the breakfast was fresh and good taste.

I booked a room for a family of 5 but the room we stayed in only had 2 queen beds and no pullout sofa so it wasn’t a confortable stay for 5.

It’s fine

The refrigerator was not working because it just little cool never kept the anything cold and we turn it up. Plus the phone didn’t work we tried to get the desk and nothing happen.
