convenient location

When I arrived, law enforcement had just departed from breaking up a fight. The entryway had a strong odor of drug smoke. the attendant took several minutes to arrive at the desk. Plumbing fixtures were broken.

Trash everywhere and The staff charged me a pet fee I wasn’t aware of and I put I had a pet in my reservation.

Charging me extra money

Communal areas were dirty, as were the rooms. Superficially the room looked clean but lots of areas that needed attending too. For someone that is “long stay” there is nothing really in walking distance

The location is great and comfortable rooms.

This time there was garbage in the kitchen garbage that wasn’t from me.

Very friendly staff and welcoming overall the hotel is a good value.

At check-in there was no one staffing the front desk. I had to find a maid that found someone to check me in. And at that point for whatever reason it was a scramble to find a room available. The manager had to go see if one room was ready. Checkin took 20 minutes or more. No exaggeration. After a three hour drive, and a meeting I had to pee, and there was no available rest-room. When I finally got my room i had to shower and change clothes. It was a mess. Staff was advised of my issue and did nothing. Apparently it was easier to clean up the trail left on the floor than to find me a bathroom.

Room was clean and staff was friendly.

I might suggest putting some of those felt pads on the drawers to the night stand. When closing the drawer it would slam every time really loud. The mini felt pads would make them closing a little quieter. Just a suggestion.

Everything was great.

The staff was nice. The location and being able to get me a room very last minute.

The convenience of the location was nice. My room was a little on the dirty side. I had food still from someone else in the microwave and it smelled of food. The bathroom could of been a little more clean. Toilet had pee stains on it. A little disappointed but sometimes that will happen.
