The location was amazing and the staff were wonderful. You do need to speak with the staff to order room cleaning just so you know. It’s not everyday. For the shoppers, The location is near Hy-Vee, Ulta, Walmart and next to it is a small Sephora, T.J Maxx & Marshalls. It’s also about 10-20 minutes away from the Twin Cities Outlet Mall and Mall of America.

Hmm, after Covid they stopped having the airport shuttle which is a little disappointing but we just rented a car so it was no biggie.

Lori (front desk) went above & beyond for us. My husband had just recently had heart surgery & was not feeling well at all. She signed us up for the rewards program and let us check in way earlier than we expected too. Since we had to leave so early to get to the airport, she let us get stuff for breakfast so we would have something to eat before we left. She was so friendly & extremely understanding of our situation. We will definitely stay there again when back in MN. The hotel overall was so neat & clean. I was super impressed. TY again Lori for making our stay great !!!!

The way the staff handled us

Staff were all welcoming and even offered to have me check in early.

The cleanliness of the room and facility altogether needs a lot of work. The sink wasn't draining and the restroom walls and bed skirts were visibly dirty.

Location was great. Close to anything you need or want, and only a few minutes from outlet mall, MOA, zoo and ikea.

The hotel was cold in our end of the hallway. Absolutely freezing, and the bedding was basically a couple of sheets. I didn’t even think to put the heat on in July, in the middle of the night when I was freezing cold, and we shivered all night. I did ask for a blanket and he said they had none. Also, we were not told that if you want your room made up you have to ask the front desk. I put the door hanger out to make up the room and came back to what we left.

That is was close to all of restaurants.

The air didn't work, and no pool/ hot tub. And no connections to charge your phone. Had to go buy one.

very clean room. Breakfast was different daily. the hotel was very quiet.

the beds were so old and uncomfortable. the bed frame was too big for the mattress and a metal piece was sticking out.
