The property is in a good location with easy access to transportation and dining. Only drawback was the room, it’s not par with a 4 start hotel.

Good comfort hotel

We were given rooms in the older part of the hotel. Maybe an annexe? Not so clean as the main hotel building. We had to ask for towels and soap. The cleaners were not up to the mark.

I went to chenai first time. This hotel is nice.staff also. I will come back next time also. Thak you so much.

Booked a Deluxe Room with an occupancy for 2 people. The room that we got had below amenities:1) No Ventilation.2) The room was stinky(The room was smelling like it was in close proximity with drainage) 3) Congested (The room was very small)4) The window opened(open the curtain) into a huge wall which was 2 feet away. Which means forget the natural light you cant even see the sky from the room with an opened window.

Overall it was good stay and it could have been great if they could have guide/educate me about the usage of different technology that they are using in the hotel for communicating with various facilities in the hotel. During checkout also there was no person talking to me and simply I left the hotel without any smile from the hotel staff.At last I would appreciate Buffet breakfast that they are providing as a complimentary and it was really yummy.

Got for a day and night. Nice staff. Upgraded our stay from Deluxe Double to Superior Deluxe upon our arrival. Very convenient for US Visa application center visits, hardly 2.7 Kms from Main center and 1.6 approx from the OFC. Good restaurants near by.

Convenient location. Good breakfast.24 hour checkout is very convenient when you have a late night flight.

There was no electrical kettle in the room, though the tea bags, sugar and cups were placed in the room. 2. The bed linen was not perfectly clean. 3. The shower kept running out of hot water. 4. No mini fridge in the room 5. No ironing board

Room shown online was different than what actually was provided

The hotel is good & is near to the US consulate for which I had stayed there. The bad experience is there bathroom whcih stings lot.

1. Fast room delivery service. Food was delivered within 15-20mins upon order.2. Water piping works in my room on one of my stay-day. Reception has pre-alerted and notification was received before-hand.

The best things about the hotel are its central location, good breakfast selection, and reasonable price. However, the facility is dated, the TV was not working in my room, the service is ok, but not great.

The hotel isn't very flexible with guests flying out. Our flight was at 9pm and requested to stay for another x2 hrs and we were asked to pay for extra money. Other hotels that we utilised during our holidays were more flexilble/accomodating than this. Mixed opinions within the staff. One staff memeber told us that we can stay for another 2 hrs without paying any extra money to match up with our flight times and onse we had checked in we were told that this wasn't possible. Bit disappointing. We would have stayed at some other hotels if this was know before our check in. Please be a little bit more flexible and accomodating and you will get better business. The corridor ceilings were cracking and seemed to be having dampness and smell of the same. Buffet breakfast was ok but not as many varieties as othe hotels with this rating.

Too expensive for too small room. Hotel is neat, but for INR5000 per night the room & bathroom were too tiny.

This is a conveniently located hotel -- pretty much close to everything in central Chennai. The hotel has a basic level of comfort commensurate with its price. I have stayed here several times, and would gladly return again. There are better hotels in Chennai, but they are priced at a much higher level. The breakfast is fine, but gets repetitive if you stay for several days. Internet access works, but is slow and patchy.

Dude, its pretty simple. Do not stay in this hotel.
