Very nice stay.
At checkin they didnt understand that the booking was not prepaid so it took time to get a receipt. This is not the first time it happens

Not good. Unable to connect to hotel wifi in the hotel room.
No action taken despite of my several complaint. Fridge in the room also not working. Very inconvenient . Never come back to stay at this hotel.

Very happy we got an upgrade to a deluxe room which was more spacious and a late check out.

Have been at this hotel several time, always in the top tier club room.
This time the room was very worn, and the bathroom sink was fractured. Probably it has beem in that condition since longtime and nobody cares
The quantity of food in the lounge almost finished just after 10/15 minutes. They dont replenish it as they used to do.
Also lot of noise from outside l, so the window is no longer soundproofed.
Needed also about 20 minutes to get the bill (and nobody else was in the queue).

The hotel is in a super convenient spot, especially if you're in Malaysia for events at KLCC. However, the place feels a bit dated. It was clean, but because the furniture is old, it gave off a slightly worn and dirty vibe. The breakfast was actually pretty good, with a decent variety of options.
The biggest downside was the Wi-Fi—absolutely terrible! It didn’t work in my room at all. I told the staff, and they promised an IT specialist would check it out, but nothing changed. I’m guessing the whole hotel has internet issues. I ended up having to work from the lobby, but even there, the connection was really unstable. Since I was on a business trip, it was super frustrating.

The staff were helpful and the room was large although its condition wasn’t great and there was dust and rogue hairs in places. Bed was really comfortable and the hotel had great views. Location was fantastic and what the rooms lack in quality, it made up for in location (and cost). I had an issue with noise in my bathroom which was promptly checked out but not resolved as it happened again the next night; I think it was the pipes of my neighbours shower but it was very loud. Breakfast had a lot of range but the restaurant was quite stressful with the food quality not being so good or fresh. Laundry service was helpful although it was returned to me at 00:30 when I was trying to sleep… Strange

Good placed in KL. Nice pool.
Rooms at the streetside have the opportunity for a good view on the petronas towers, however the street is very noisy. If you come for a good sleep try the other side of the hotel.

The size of the hotel itself. It's small but a great bundle. The staff are courteous, efficient and really helpful. The individual breakfasts cooked to order are excellent. I would definitely stay there again if the occasion arose. The location of the hotel gives a true ambience of being in Asia, a good feeling.

On a 4 days work trip.
Upon arrival, you get warm greetings from the bellman and the reception! Very happy to be served by the front desk manager Karen, she is so polite and well mannered..... this gesture definitely makes the hectic work trip worthwhile.
Doe there are some unpleasant and disappointing issues but every time Manager Karen / the front desk / the phone operator, get it settle in their fastest means and portray great patience and well mannered services.
Because of such (the above), I will definitely be back despite that the room which needs some serious makeover.

Rooms big but not modern.
Service was bad. Stayed two nights and my room was not cleaned even once, not even with the “clean room sign” put out. Had to ask for new towels.
Overall I think you can find better accommodation in the city.

Impiana KLCC Hotel was a very good hotel, good for the price you paid, had problem with the fridge, they were very quick to fix the said problem, the safe box in the room was not working but I didn’t have to use it, so no problem for me, they gave us new towels and bottled water everyday, the infinity pool was so nice, a great view of the Petronas Twin Towers, night or day, I had a great time.

Staff members were most friendly and offered advice on where to go. The hotel has its own convenience store inside and the outdoor pool was clean and well maintained. There was a short cut from the main entrance to the Pavilion mall over the bridge and an easy 5min walking distance to the towers. Overall very happy with the facility and location.
